I ran in for a quick omelet, and came away with my new breakfast place in Colorado Springs. The servers were very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and the prices were good too.
Great little breakfast spot! It’s super busy but staff are friendly and wait times are pretty decent. We ate at the bar and loved the vibe. Food was great, our only complain was that they went a bit too heavy on the hollandaise and the scrambled eggs were dry.
Perfect Road Trip Fuel!
We stopped at Omelet Etc. in Colorado Springs, Colorado and were so glad we did! The food came out fast and piping hot, exactly what we needed before hitting the road. The spinach omelet was fresh and flavorful, the chicken fried steak was hearty and satisfying, and the country potatoes were the perfect comfort food side. The huge glass of fresh orange juice was a perfect refreshment.
