It’s a good thing the manager doesn’t rely on tips for income. That bad attitude would leave her broke. You can feel the hostility in that place. The only time the staff laughs and enjoys themselves is when she isn’t present. Do your staff a favor and get a better manager.

Just driving through colorado springs and decided stop and eat breakfast at Omelet etc. Based on the reviews, the place seemed good. Unfortunately, the food wasnt great. The coffee was not good. The hashbrown and tortillas were both undercooked. Based on the taste of the tortillas, it seemed like they microwave their tortillas. I don't mind that, but at least warm up the tortillas a little longer. I did get sick from the food, and threw up. I don't recommend this place. I do agree with the reviews, the staff were nice and friendly. And the place needs some updating.
Food portions are getting smaller. They don't advertise military discount even though they have it. To Go portions ex:French fries 🍟 are a joke. They give you less than a handful

I was visiting family in CS and we decided to eat breakfast at this restaurant. It's a small place and there were a lot of people present. We had a hard time listening to each other due to the noise level. The food was good and a generous portion. The server was very nice. Parking is somewhat limited due to the other businesses, FYI.
