We loved the food and staff here! We had a wonderful time, very unique place! The food was great and it came out quick! Our server was a kind gentleman who was attentive and made sure we were happy and had room on the table, he cared about our experience. Definitely a place we will go back to! The portion sizes were great, we took home boxes! Definitely recommend!

Your servers and managers are extremely disrespectful and rude. We went for lunch today and wanted a different table because our last experience with Francis was NOT enjoyable. When we sat at our new table we were talking about the prior bad experience amongst ourselves and at a minimum volume level. Francis then came up to our table and started yelling at us asking if we were calling her names and causing a huge scene. We proceeded to argue back with her because we were talking to each other at our table not directly to ANY of the staff. The manager came over and also started arguing with us saying it’s her job to protect her staff although we were not even talking to her directly and it was HER EMPLOYEE that came to our table out of her section and created the problem and started yelling at us. What about protecting her customers who simply asked for another table. We were STILL willing to stay and give them our business until the manager asked why we even come there if we don’t like the one server. Both the server and the manager there have poor customer service skills and clearly do not value their customers or their feelings. We will NEVER give this place our business again. They made us feel uncomfortable, unwanted, unimportant, this was the WORSTE experience we have ever had at a restaurant. Server should absolutely be held accountable for her behavior but I’m sure she won’t be as her manager was so focused on protecting how we spoke of her instead of making her customers comfortable in the restaurant. I would NEVER recommend this place or FRANCIS as a server either.

Terrible omelets. Ingredients are thrown in barely or not sautéed together at all. No flavor to the egg base. Highly disappointed in the biscuit gravy. This local establishment is all kitsch with no substance.

Soo good! I did a pick up order and they said it would take about 5-10 minutes. I had a 5 minute drive and it was ready when I got there :) I had the farmers market omelets and would definitely order it again!

A truly "Local" experience. Hands down our favorite breakfast place to visit. Super busy during Mother's/Father's day, as it should be because nothing beats having breakfast with Family. The Ambiance is flavorful with a large Fig tree glazing the center living eating area. The yellow and green hue walls offer a bright and welcoming invites strangers and guests of all ages. Matched with a very friendly and warm staff. The OP Potatoes are my personal favorite; crispy perfection with warm and soft texture inside, always enjoy these with just a side of eggs and bacon. What brings this place together is just the people it invites allowing for anyone who just wants to sip on coffee to teams of all ages that want to solve the problems of tomorrow. Always rate this place as one of the best of the Springs because it truly is a special place.
Parking: Free parking, however not the flattest parking area. It also is not painted with lines and relies on more a Neighborhood type of overflow parking to keep it fron getting too crowded.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is great and offers proper portions for your little ones.

I've had several recommendations and finally got to be here for brunch on a Sunday. Great cafe-style restaurant--would like to visit during the week for the early morning specials.
Wheelchair accessibility: One of our party has a walker, and there are some limitations as to what area she could access. Staff was great and seated us with that in mind.
