This is a review of Opus Creative Industries/Kitchen as a small event venue. We recently held a memorial service for a family member in the event space behind the restaurant. Angie and the rest of the team went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and all details addressed. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and compassionate. (We did not eat at the restaurant, so I can't speak to the quality of the food or the service there.)

Opus Collective is such an awesome experience. The young chefs are coming and preparing such great food and they are proud to serve it. The atmosphere is conducive for meetings, fun events, or a relaxing environment.

Yes, their fries are excellent, but our main course was lacking. Too bad they could not get their usual Lions Mane Mushrooms, perhaps. Their substitute was over-spiced, not chewable, and on a gigantic plain white bun so dry, it was difficult to swallow. Since the chefs were to graduate in a few days, I hope they are required to eat what they are serving before gaining a certificate.

I love shovel ready and I love what this program is about. They recently switched to their summer menu and they have amazing options. This is T.H.A.T sandwich and it’s a delicious veggie option for anybody that doesn’t eat meat. Their fries are also delicious always. I’d highly recommend shovel ready. It’s a great program and they have such tasty food

This place is a great place to eat! I love their pimento grilled cheese and the bread they source locally is wonderful! The fries are my favorite side to add to any dish!

I love this place!Their menu has great variety. The sauces are house made and delicious!I can't get enough of their falafel, french fries, and oven roasted carrots.I have only tried a couple of the sandwiches, but was happy with everything. On top of serving delicious food, they have a great program teaching incoming people to the food industry. Its a bunch of grade A chefs teaching their skills to eager learners and I am so excited to see where it goes! Will definitely be eating there again.

Decided to try Shovel Ready at the Well yesterday. The menu looked less enticing than the other restaurants, but they seemed eager for business and I like trying new things. Im very glad I did. The chef came out and made some recommendations — the falafel wrap and the olive oil cake for dessert, two things I would never normally order. Both turned out to be delicious. The falafel was moist, flavorful and well-seasoned with just a bit of heat. The olive oil cake was topped with a sizable dollop of home-whipped cream and fresh blood orange slices. It was silky-smooth, vibrant and creamy with only the faintest hint of olive oil that transports one to Tuscany with every bite. I felt it important to write this review as they are undoubtedly the most underrated offering currently at the Well. A hidden gem, worth taking a chance on.
