Popped up there on a whim for a dinner on a Thursday evening. The place was half-full and fairly loud. Based on reviews, I expected it to be on a fancier side but it’s actually quite simply decorated. They say they’re understaffed but it doesn’t feel this way. There are two employees that are doing a great job waiting tables.
We ordered takoyaki, tonkotsu ramen with grilled chashu and miso tonkotsu ramen with chicken karaage. Takoyaki was a bit mushy inside and the sauce on the top resembled ketchup. Both ramens were so salty we couldn’t finish them. In general, food was delicious and rich, but that saltiness made everything else tasteless.
I would probably pay another visit but maybe for sushi rolls instead of ramen.

I love this place we eat here a lot but we decided to order it for pick up and when we got jome we were very disappointed there was only 4 pieces of chicken which we paid 11 dollars for it seemed everything was made poorly and not as big of a portion which we know how much they usually serve because we go here often. I'm disappointed and feel ripped off and they know it's not right

This is easily the best Ramen and Sushi place in the Springs, the staff are all super friendly, the owner is amazing! I wish I could come once a week! I actually don't eat sushi but the Peterson Road is a fried roll and sensational!!!!

Really reminds me the old days I am in Japan… every dish I ordered was good. There are some creative dishes that brings new tastes to me… they are short handed right now. But the food is worth waiting… one more thing is. No wifi there. So we talked a lot. Don’t know that’s pros or cons lol.. very reasonable price compared to the other Asian restaurants… all in all… very good

A hidden gem! The ramen here was fantastic and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Limited seating inside so there may be a wait, but don't let the location scare you away!

Favorite new food spot here in Colorado Springs. The food was excellently made, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the service was wonderfully fast. Despite a slight mix up with my order, staff were quick to correct the mistake without a problem. Roommate and I both greatly enjoyed our visit, and will be coming back for sure!

I was greatly not impressed. Should have listened to the poor reviews. Someone wrote “if you don’t know good ramen then this is okay” I thought he was exaggerating. I’ve had good ramen and this is not. Half the fun about ramen is seeing all the pretty toppings, and this place falls short in every aspect of ramen unfortunately. Basically three toppings: corn and seaweed, and egg. I had to ask for extra bean sprouts because supposedly they put it at the bottom of the bowl but I couldn’t find any. Very disappointing and believe the other reviews about the broth being way too salty and flavorless!! Not sure why they overpower any other flavor with salt. Good wait staff and decent atmosphere. Overall Too expensive and not satisfying at all 😔. The cheese wontons are 10 dollars!! Crazy

Went for the Takoyaki specifically because it stated that it was pan fried, rather than deep fried. Unfortunately, this Takoyaki was deep fried, similar to how most places in the USA do it. That being said, the Takoyaki was slightly above average, maybe a 7.5/10 with good texture and a good amount of octopus. As of December of 2024, the price was about $10 for 6 which is about average for the area.

The atmosphere was nice, and the staff was friendly with fast service. Overall, I would probably return if I was in the area.

Not bad for the people that do not know good ramen. For us that have experienced authentic ramen, this is a bit of a let down. The broth was not bad but the flavor was off. There was a strong sea weed flavor that overpowered the rest of the ingredients.

This place may not look like much but WOW. We were here visiting and stopped in and it exceeded our expectations. The Service was amazing, they are very attenuative, the sushi was really good, the ramen was good and the CREAM CHEESE WONTON WERE LIFE CHANGING! I Crave these and wish we lived there to go again. Highly recommend.
