Ordered over phone was a 20-25 min wait. That’s okay… where it all went wrong was when we went in to get our order they said the order hasn’t been made had to wait an additional 20 mins just to get the order wrong… the meat portions were too small for two ramen bowls $45…overpriced for small portions.

So I came here because I saw the rating and I thought wow almost five stars must be great! So I went with a friend of mine and ordered something to take home for a family member The reasons I have for submitting 2 stars for each category are because when we sat down the Table was incredibly sticky like I couldn't even rest my arm or hands on it because it was so sticky and that was just the begining. Once our food came it became clear that whoever was cooking doesn't know how to use spices of any kind or something I ordered THE GRILLED CHASHU RAMEN KOTTERI BROTH and adding NARUTOMAKI. The grilled CHASHU was incredibly bland and barely had any grill marks and was kinda cold on top of that the NARUTOMAKI was tough. Additionally the BEEF CURRY was also TOTALLY BLAND like what??? It's CURRY it's supposed to be spicy or you have some sort of flavor and there wasn't just thick udon covered in green tasteless slop. Awful.

Food: We ordered several rolls of sushi. they were pretty good, just nothing super special despite some being $16-17.95... the ramen/noodle dishes were the worst. We got the tonkatsu ramen with fried gyoza. The gyoza was average, but the broth did not taste like tonkatsu, not a very brothy flavor, and it tasted more like miso paste mixed with chicken broth or something. It did not look creamy like typical tonkatsu is. The worst was the black garlic ramen (kotteri). The first thing we noticed was how burnt it smelled and then how bitter and burnt the actual broth tasted. We understand what black garlic broth is supposed to taste, but it was burnt. The chicken karaage appetizers were really good though.
Service: average, no one refilled anything, and the waitress seemed extremely disinterested in us
Atmosphere: it's fine. average. dim lit

A gem. The owner's smile says he loves what he does. The staff was as attentive and courteous as any ramen spot in Japan.

This lil place surprised me with everything! The food was phenomenal, the service was excellent. When we got out of the car in the parking lot, people from another business told us we wouldn’t be disappointed with anything we ordered and they were right!
I am not a sushi person, but I have been craving the crispy musubi since that day

I definitely almost judged a book by the cover. For one, it's in a werid spot of town, I dont really frequent this area. Oddly, in a place where there are not many restaurants or shopping. Worst mistake i could have done. Everything was phenomenal here. The food, the drinks, the price, the service. We had apple sake. For starters, the apple sake was amazing. We got 2 of the mackerel sashmi. Which we got did up in Hamachi style, which is normally done with the yellow fin. It was great with the rice vinegar and jalapeños. We ate 2 rolls as well. The smokey roll and sex on the beach. Both rolls were bomb .com. Will be returning.

Consistently amazes me. You can tell how much the owners care about serving the community delicous food at a fair price. You won't be disappointed no matter what you order.

It was my and my husband’s first time at this place. I really wanted to find a good place for ramen in springs and this has 4.7 stars with really good reviews so we drove to this place. First glance of the parking lot and places around the restaurant was little sketchy which I’ve seen in some review already so we still went to eat and our minds are blown by food. I ordered curry bases chicken ramen and my husband ordered Udon both were extremely good. Had their yo apple sake and peach sake both were so delicious. Highly highly recommend this place. We came out so happy and satisfied.

Absolutely amazing food and staff, everyone was very nice and waitstaff super attentive to our needs. I agree with what a previous reviewer said, they do have the best crab rangoons I've ever tasted!
