G'knight Pretzel
Salted and baked served with g'knight beer cheese, mustard sauce, and pickles.
Wings
Smoked jumbo wings, dales original, mamas, or chub wing sauce served with celery and carrots and choice of ranch or bleu cheese.

We have been visiting Oscar blues in Lyons, Colorado for 20 years. When Colorado Springs got our own Oscar Blues downtown my husband and I were astounded! We actually got to meet Dale at a brewery festival and he is just the sweetest dude you will ever know. The restaurant/tap house in downtown Colorado Springs is very inclusive with an amazing staff, amazing food, and amazing vibe. We stop in all the time because Oscar Blues is is a staple to our community. Outstanding beer...

I love the food here! Really good bar style food and reasonable prices. Servers are always kind and awesome even when short staffed. Drag bingo is awesome. This is a great and consistent place to patronize.
