G'knight Pretzel
Salted and baked served with g'knight beer cheese, mustard sauce, and pickles.
Wings
Smoked jumbo wings, dales original, mamas, or chub wing sauce served with celery and carrots and choice of ranch or bleu cheese.

Great food. It is nice to dine at a restaurant where your food is properly prepared and good ingredients are used. Zucchini in my pasta was perfectly cooked, andouille sausage used in the dish was the to its heritage and the perfect amount of spice in the dish. Dawnya our server was well versed in the menu and made great suggestions. Salmon salad was TDF and the orange vinaigrette was refreshing.

The entire atmosphere is so relaxing and inviting. It was mine and my brother’s first time visiting colorado and this place left such a great impression. The Meat loaf was phenomenal, I will be daydreaming about for a while. The wings were honestly some of the best I’ve ever had too. The sauces were made in house and you could tell. They had so much flavor. The service was amazing. They gave us great recommendations and made us feel welcome and tended to the entire time we...

I am celiac GF and the staff is happy to treat me and my LARGE family well. Staff is well versed in gluten free and other allergy needs. One of the only places I can go with 5 kids and food allergies where the staff cares
