I picked up dinner yesterday afternoon - a sirloin steak, mashed potatoes and a house salad. The steak was to be 6oz, very, very rare and light seaonings. It was med-rare, barely 4oz, and seasoned. The potatoes were not fully cooked, cubed and not mashed, poorly seasoned. I have been coming to Outback since it was originally in S,Florida. The quality of the food has really come down. Perhaps trained chefs would HELP!
