Urban Egg a daytime eatery

Large and creative breakfast menu,our group of 4 enjoyed everything we had, service was prompt and pleasant,we would definitely make it a regular stop if we lived in the area

I'll start out with the good. The server was very nice. My kids had the cinnamon pancakes and loaded hashbrowns which they liked very much. Then there's the not so good. My partner has a garlic allergy which we made sure to tell the server. He ordered pancakes and a side of fries, and again said to make sure the fries were plain because of his garlic allergy. They came out with seasoning on them, and at first we assumed that they would be garlic free, but he ate one and said it tasted like it might have garlic. We asked, and sure enough there was garlic in the blend. Within about 20 minutes he left to go back to the car sick. I ordered eggs Benedict that I absolutely cannot recommend. The hollandaise sauce tasted really sour, and overall it just wasn't good, nor were the hashbrowns on the plate with it. I wanted to try this place because I was told it was good and that they were super conscious of allergies. That was not our experience. Instead I paid $100 for 4 people to have breakfast that only half of the people liked, and that made 1 person sick.

Used to frequent this place when I still lived here. The grandkids loved this place. I got my usual single pancake and loaded hash browns. A little pricier than before, but still well worth it.

Delicious breakfast for lunch. The huevos are first rate: tasty beans, solid green chile. Love the spicy hash browns. The pancakes are fluffy and large. Particularly liked the Hawaiian with coconut and pineapple. Attentive perky service.

I really wanted to go to the urban egg but because of these new meters system that they have outside where you park your cars they now have some kind of new metering system that doesn't make any sense whatsoever in trying to put time on your meter I ended up giving up and leaving besides Urban a closed early anyway which doesn't make any sense. I wasted time trying to figure out how this new system and how I almost figured it out Urban egg clothes. That's just like them the close early

The Belgian Pearl Waffles, a side of loaded hash browns and a single scrambled egg is my husband's favorite weekend treat! Can't say enough good things about Urban Egg. Clean locations, friendly service and always tasty noms

*Edited to add that their Chicken & the Egg dish makes me do a happy dance, it's so good!
