I asked the lady serving the food that I wanted them to drop 2 large order of chicken egg rolls so they can be really fresh and still hot when I get home and she totally refused I haver never had to deal with this before so disappointed

I went to the Panda Express on 85/87 once, I didn't like it much and never went back. This Panda Express on Venatucci Blvd. is Brand New, very clean and the employees are very respectful and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

5/29 6:52 pm.Last time I place a on-line order at this location in the evening. 5 people working the counter and not one acknowledged me at the online pickup. No point in having a separate area for pickup if they expect me to wait in line just to get someone's undivided attention. Literally w at the register and neither one will look at me. When I did speak up they walked away to go to side work. Day shift is 10000% better

Placed a order on the app on 12/19/24 and when we arrived to pickup the order around 8:50 pm doors were locked. Went through the drive to to pick it up and the employee said they didn’t have any food aside from the chow mein. I stated I had an online order and they said that it was cancelled and the store is closing soon. So I asked for a refund, they said I will get the order returned to my card. A week had went by and no refund so I put an inquiry on it. I finally got a response today from Jenny, she said the order can’t be refunded because the store never cancelled the order and is open until 10:30. This is the only panda location I have ever had an issue with. If I could rate this store a negative star I would.

First time going through the drive through for this location they messed up my order. Second time, tonight, the woman starting to take our order was extremely rude and disrespectful just because we asked for a pepsi and snapped at my husband about how they only carry Coke products and snapped about how she’s on a timer and he needed to hurry up and finish his order.
Never coming back, you have lost our business at this location and all respect we had for the drive through here as well.

The food is good but mid service. I had over 6 people get their food before i got what i ordered over 15 minutes ago. That I then had to wait over another 15 minutes to get. Another time I had to wait over 30 mintues for some wontons that they parked me for only to go back to the drive thru and find out they forgot me.
