Placed a order on the app on 12/19/24 and when we arrived to pickup the order around 8:50 pm doors were locked. Went through the drive to to pick it up and the employee said they didn’t have any food aside from the chow mein. I stated I had an online order and they said that it was cancelled and the store is closing soon. So I asked for a refund, they said I will get the order returned to my card. A week had went by and no refund so I put an inquiry on it. I finally got a response today from Jenny, she said the order can’t be refunded because the store never cancelled the order and is open until 10:30. This is the only panda location I have ever had an issue with. If I could rate this store a negative star I would.

First time going through the drive through for this location they messed up my order. Second time, tonight, the woman starting to take our order was extremely rude and disrespectful just because we asked for a pepsi and snapped at my husband about how they only carry Coke products and snapped about how she’s on a timer and he needed to hurry up and finish his order.
Never coming back, you have lost our business at this location and all respect we had for the drive through here as well.

The food is good but mid service. I had over 6 people get their food before i got what i ordered over 15 minutes ago. That I then had to wait over another 15 minutes to get. Another time I had to wait over 30 mintues for some wontons that they parked me for only to go back to the drive thru and find out they forgot me.

This Panda sucks. Multiple times they have messed up my mobile order or been rude while getting food inside. The managers seem to be incompetent when it comes to mobile orders though. I just sat there waiting for 15 mins for food that has been dome fore over 30 mins and was sitting on a shelf. The cashier asked my name 3 times and didn't even look at the shelf when she told me my food was being made still. So thank you for making me wait and giving me old food that's been sitting.

Store closes in 40 min. Said they were out of items like orange chicken and decided they weren't going to make anything else the rest of the night....at that point just close early if you're going to be lazy
The ONLY location I eat panda at , great customer service. Food is always fresh & the atmosphere is always clean.

Apparently Panda does not allow samples anymore? That sucks, because I wasted my money here on food that was mediocre at best. 3 separate items that were under seasoned/sauced. I would have just left If they had let me taste the food first. Pretty sure this was the food from last night.
