They donât pick up their phone - they run out of food and donât say anything. They make you wait and not update. Call them now - if they pick up, play the lotto because itâs your lucky day!!!

What are the medium order of chow mein with orange chicken at the Panda Express on Hancock and South Academy. The food was delicious, ordered it on the phone through the app by the time I got there it was ready the lady wanted me to fill out the survey which I do anyways yet unfortunately for some reason the receipt was cut off and didn't have the input code number on the back that's why I'm putting it online here. I always recommend these places because this particular Panda Express has a drive-thru Cinder relatively very quick I'm getting your order out and always being friendly and polite. On my app they gave me a medium chow mein for free for birthday month. So economically that helps out nowadays at least for me. Keep on doing the right thing Panda Express.

Just left Panda Express. Walked into the place at 10:50 a.m. We'd Oct 8th no one in the place. Walked to the counter only to be ignored by 2 employees who were too busy talking to each other. I didn't say a word, just turned away and walked out. Where has customer service gone? SMH

Every time I come to this Panda Express, itâs always a great experience. The place is super clean, the food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I honestly donât usually leave reviews for fast food places, but this one really deserves it. Five stars all the way!
Chaos, pure chaos. There isnât a sign as to where to order so the employees didnât seem to have any clue who was supposed to be ordering. They were extremely slow as well. Even though the food is already made and sitting there, the employees were just standing around. I could come back and scoop it for them if they would let me, it would be much quicker⊠Do yourself a favor, Go to other locations

This Panda Express location has gone downhill since new leadership. The store is dirty, clearly understaffed, and poorly managed. Service is slow, and the staff seem overwhelmed and unsupported. It feels like the company doesnât care about its employees or its customers. I recommend avoiding this location until they make serious improvements.

We were sitting in the drive through for 27 minutes after placing an order while waiting for the other cars to get their order. The store was not that busy and many staff were inside, yet it took longer to get my food. Careless.
