All food was cold I was missing a whole plate and the bowls only have 5 pieces of chicken in them they gave us 1 S&S for 24 wonton and instead of replacing it with something I just didn't get dinner after I spent 97.89 not cool ?

Order a kids meal for my daughter and they didn’t even give her, her orange chicken. Like really?? How is the main part of the meal the hardest to forget?Not the mention the cabbage was moldy.Then on a different order and different day, they completely butcher my husbands order and he has wrong items in the order.

They need to get their coms fixed, I was yelling and they charged me for an extra big entree when I only ordered one. Guess I’m eating all this myself because they wouldn’t give me a refund even when I didn’t touch the extra entree they gave
Walked in and the people in front of me took all the sweet fire chicken which is my favorite. I told the girl helping me I’d wait for more and she turned around to (I think a a manager) and asked something I couldn’t hear and turned around and told me no they weren’t going to make anymore. I asked are they out, “no.” I asked when do they close, “10pm”. I asked so an 1 hour and a half isn’t enough time. The manager just ignored me. I got old orange chicken and some honey walnut chicken that tasted an hour plus old…. Never go back to this location again.

They were out of everything because they were closing over an hour early. If the store and employees don’t want to sell /make food up to close time they should change their hours and save on labor costs and stop having people waste time driving over for the three items they have left sitting around at the end of the night.
