Went at lunchtime on a Friday. The staff was friendly, food was fresh and flavorful. The restaurant was clean, too

After waiting for literally 30+ minutes due to a wait of “chow mein” than “honey walnut shrimp” we get our food and the order is wrong. On top of the chow mein not even being fresh. They tried to give “extra food” for the wait but it was the wrong items. Literally a waste of money and time. Whoever the staff was here this night 5/16 at 9pm need to get it together, don’t know what they’re doing.

Easy in out for fast food alternatives.

This place is hit or miss, usually miss

I went in tonight and the floor was completely flooded with soapy water

The staff was oblivious to that reality

One clueless staff member proceeded
to dump soapy water out of a bucket,
right near where I was standing

They thought I would willingly walk
through this mess, to pay at the register

I had to point out that the floor was totally soaked!

I won’t be back here. The staff here are
too incompetent to deal with

As far as my order, it was terrible. The
fried rice was horrible. It wasn’t made
properly. Flavorless and several clumps
of solid white rice were mixed in

Look at the light peach-colored carrot,
in the photo. Not very appetizing

Also, the portions are always different

I got 1/2 of a slice of teriyaki chicken
for an entree one visit. Practically nothing

This place simply doesn’t deserve the business. I won’t be going back.

I loved Panda Express

It was busy Super Bowl Sunday, Didn't stop Angie and her team of miracle workers. They made me fresh orange chicken! You guys are the best cool under pressure.

This place is a joke I have ordered delivery from this place twice and my food is NEVER RIGHT, And highly overcooked! Tonight was my last time! I called about my order and the cashier says well we are about to close and you can come pick it up during the day whenever…. Like wow that’s why I ordered delivery because I work a lot and sometimes I don’t have time to just go pick my food up whenever! I’m so frustrated that I spent my money on food that I didn’t get! You just lost a good paying customer!

Wasn’t even hungry but was thirsty and driving past this Panda. Stopped in to get their amazing iced tea. I do half sweet black tea and half unsweet mango. I decided I’d order some food and just take it home for later. After I paid I turned around to go get my tea and there’s only one tea urn. I asked the girl at the register if they were making the other tea, she said it’s right over there. I walk closer to the drink station and it is not there. I said there’s only one? Where is the sweet black tea? She said they don’t have sweet black tea. I’m like, wait at all? No they don’t. Oh okay, please cancel my order (they hadn’t handed me the food yet). I said I literally came here for the tea, I’ve been to many Pandas in multiple states and no one has ever just not had the black tea. So the manager refunds me and gives me a receipt. I ask if my reward I redeemed will be added back to my account, she said I don’t know call customer service. I asked what the number was she told me to Google it. Lol ok. There are other Pandas in the springs, no need to come to this one!

The food was not good at all..i think some cleaning sprays got in the food.. it smelt like lysol and orange chicken. My husband and i got super sick after taking a few bites, that's when i noticed it had a weird smell. ?
The employees were all really nice though.
