Chow Mein contained no noodles, only vegetables. Honey sesame chicken was over cooked, dry and was mostly string beans, maybe 6 pieces of chicken. Fried rice was more like fried peas and carrots. I spoke with the manager to request a refund for the abysmal food quality and was told it wasn't possible to refund my money. What a massive disappointment this store is.

shrimp was soggy crust and old, chowmain was flavorless,teriyaki was dry with no sauce. and last I knew you got 4 rangoo per order and 2 spring Roles an order so how come we got 3 rangoo and 1 roll but were charged full price for both. granted I haven't been to this particular store before but all the rest of them charge the same price for the same amount. not to mention we were not greeted when we walked in and stood there for 6 mins before anyone even acknowledged us.

Terrible! At 11am the food should be fresh. It was not. The chow mein was hard and dry and the cabbage in it was soaked brown (meaning it was yesterday's chow mein, not today's - not fresh) The super greens is uncooked broccoli and one piece of kale; there is no sauce. The chicken was cold and hard - not fresh at all. It was definitely leftover food. That's my food in the trash - where it belongs.

We placed an order on line, they didn't include one full entree and didn't include the rice for the other entree. When trying to call them over and over, they don't answer and no way to leave a message. This has happened before, repeat performance! We will not go back.

I only eat at this restaurant 1 to 2 times per year to treat myself. I won't be returning to this particular one. The chow mein noodles are hard and undercooked, the orange chicken was spicy but bland, and the teriyaki was just wrong. I couldn't decide what about it wasn't right. It's too bad. Hopefully, they were just having a bad day. The two people serving looked like they wanted to be anywhere else and never actually smiled.

Staff talked nasty about me in front of me because I read my order word-to-word according to the menu. And also got food poisoning like the review below from the orange chicken. Terrible time during and days after going.

Last night my family and I ate here, and within hours we were all extremely sick with food poisoning. After looking through other reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident there are multiple reports of the same problem. This is unacceptable. They should seriously consider shutting down until they can ensure their food is safe. I will never be back, and I strongly urge others to think twice before eating here.

Best panda ive been too in the springs, Kaiya was very professional and awesome with her customer service, definitely gonna drive the 20-30 minutes to come to this location again.

We love panda. And last night stopped in for some chow. My wife and I both ordered sesame chicken, and unfortunately ended up with food poisoning all day today. That was the only thing we had both eaten at the same time.
