Online customers rely on the integrity of staff in store, that their entree options are fresh and to standard. Broccoli beef with no beef is not acceptable. Very disappointing to open my plate once I get home, to a half as good meal, since the store decided to not wait for fresh broccoli beef, instead ignore standard and fill a whole entree with ONLY brocolli.

Came in at 8:45pm. Me and wife ordered our normal food. The attitude we got for coming is was not welcoming. And they barely even put food on our plates very unsatisfying. Then when Jackie the cashier asked about take out or Dine In we said dine in. She got irritated with that and I asked for sauces she didn’t even say anything or respond. Just a very unpleasant experience this go around.

The staff are super friendly, and the floors and tables are cleaned. But every time I go to this location the food is dry, burnt, and tastes like it's sat out all morning (possibly since the day before)

Last Saturday, we ordered catering for 30 people through this Panda Express location for our Christmas party. The food was ready on time and everything was fresh, hot and delicious! They provided plenty of sauces, plates and serving utensils. It tasted exactly how it would have if we would have ordered individual meals. The chicken was tender and everything exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend!

Got my order wrong and wouldn’t believe me when i told them… tried to fight me over an extra teriyaki sauce when i told them they gave me teriyaki chicken over Beijing beef

I came with my daughter for dinner. The lady who greeted us and started our order was welcoming and kind and the gentleman who finished boxing our order was great as well. The issue started when meeting the cashier Jackeline O. she was very rude. Did not give us the drinks we asked then argued about giving us drink cups (we ate in the restaurant) and only received 1 cup after arguing for our drinks, asked for teriyaki sauce for my teriyaki chicken I ordered and egg roll, that was a argument to receive too. Then she proceed to tell me that my service dog was not welcome in the restaurant. At this point I told her she was rude and walked to a table to sit with my a daughter and service dog to enjoy our meal. Because of the experience with this cashier I will not be back to this location. I would have blown it all off, but complaining to me about my service dog being with is just unacceptable and will not be tolerated! I'm not one to post reviews, but today crossed the line!
