2024 experience My cousin and I visited this Panda Express to dine in. From the moment we walked in, the service was disappointing. The server didnt greet with a smile or show much interest in helping us, no customer service at all, although she did take our order.
When we ordered our main course, there was only a small portion left. Instead of preparing a fresh batch, the server told the cook not to make more and gave us what had been sitting there, who knows for how long. That was frustrating, but I let it go.
Overall, I did not enjoy dinner here. The experience seems to depend entirely on who is serving you. The woman who helped us tonight made it feel like a waste of both time and money. We stayed only because we were already there.

Never been disappointed with any Panda Express. They're always full of hard working people and their rewards program is actually...rewarding (unlike many of their competitors, I'm looking at you Tacobell)

Online customers rely on the integrity of staff in store, that their entree options are fresh and to standard. Broccoli beef with no beef is not acceptable. Very disappointing to open my plate once I get home, to a half as good meal, since the store decided to not wait for fresh broccoli beef, instead ignore standard and fill a whole entree with ONLY brocolli.

Came in at 8:45pm. Me and wife ordered our normal food. The attitude we got for coming is was not welcoming. And they barely even put food on our plates very unsatisfying. Then when Jackie the cashier asked about take out or Dine In we said dine in. She got irritated with that and I asked for sauces she didn’t even say anything or respond. Just a very unpleasant experience this go around.
