I recently ordered a plate from DoorDash two days ago. I was delivered spoiled food and undercooked rice. I’ve had food poisoning since. I have not been able to go into work because of it. I would not recommend eating at this location, and the managers should be aware that their employees are sending out spoiled meals to their customers. This is a huge problem.

The food was excellent and definately fresh when I ordered. The customer service was also Very friendly, and much appreciated! I will be returning!! Thank you Panda!!Vegetarian options: They have an amazing broccoli and cabbage dish that's also featured in this photo attached! Very delicious and perfectly steamed. I could have had more if my stomach wasnt so full from Everything ordered. (Lol)

Ordered a plate with white rice and super greens as an entree. I specifically asked the associate helping me how long new super green would be, she said 5 minutes. I proceeded to order and she just put the crusty, dried out, leftover old super greens into my container. Immediately walked out. Just gross.

If you have to cancel a mobile order, even before they make it. They won't refund the money. They will tell you to call customer service, customer service will tell you only the store can refund.
