If you love waiting 45mins for your order, this is the place for you. Dirty dining room. Terrible service. Horrible food. Rude employees and management. Absolutely nothing good about this place.

I originally went for dine in, but it was smoky and hot inside, and noisy, so decided to change to “carry out”. They were temporarily out of chow mein, and the color of chicken in one popular dish was white, not cooked light brown. I was glad to hurry and leave. I’ve been eating here for 15 years. To make it worse, on my receipt to management, I shared this and never got a reply. I also did a separate review and got a standard “free third entre”. I felt that was a waste, I cannot eat that much. A triple waste of my time. I now go to another location.

Did an online order for pick up at 633pm said it will be ready at 7pm great get there at 7pm asked Lan at the register here for a pick up because I didn't see anything at the pick up station and she says to me not yet ok that's fine its a little busy 10 min went by and still nothing 22 min in i asked again and she points me to Steve and he says sorry about the wait we will have that for you mind you another customer who's order was supposed to be ready at 703pm had been waiting he says we will have that for you ma'am offers her a beverage and me NOTHING after I've been waiting almost an hr from the time I placed my order til at that time (it was now 730pm ) I literally had to walk over there and ask one of the workers can you please start on this order pointing to my receipt that's been sitting on the counter for the last 40min!!! Very frustrating and I feel like because it was a big order that I pd in full before coming in to pick it up that they just let the receipt sit on the counter bypassing it not wanting to do it until I walked over there to tell them please do this order not knowing if I hadn't walked over there they would've never started on it!!! Definitely going to be a long while before I go there again

I been trying to give this location another chance but end up disappointed. The chow mein seems to be either old or really dried out from cooking, the orange chicken is over cooked always get crispy dried out pieces. It seems the staff looks confused and not knowing what to do when ordering. I really was hoping this location would improve with the food and customer service but might just have to make the extra drive and go to a different location for future.

Food is very fresh. As an HVAC technician who has been seen a lot of equipment, Panda Express has the cleanest restaurants in town. Not only that, but their portions and pricing are also the best in town.

Orders for pickup should never take 30 mins. Also here after pick up time and no one is making online orders. I shouldn’t have to come in AND get in line.

Honestly, very slow service here. No greeting. Kind of just for the money. Also Google lied and said that there was a drive thru. There is not.

Whomever cooks the food here knows what they are doing. The lomein isn't greasy and the veggies are cooked perfectly. I know it's a chain but there is a difference in quality and I have been to Pandas all over the country.
