Busy please means fresh food orange chicken is perfect delicious all the time They serve a good amount of food in every order

Did an online order for pick up at 633pm said it will be ready at 7pm great get there at 7pm asked Lan at the register here for a pick up because I didn't see anything at the pick up station and she says to me not yet ok that's fine its a little busy 10 min went by and still nothing 22 min in i asked again and she points me to Steve and he says sorry about the wait we will have that for you mind you another customer who's order was supposed to be ready at 703pm had been waiting he says we will have that for you ma'am offers her a beverage and me NOTHING after I've been waiting almost an hr from the time I placed my order til at that time (it was now 730pm ) I literally had to walk over there and ask one of the workers can you please start on this order pointing to my receipt that's been sitting on the counter for the last 40min!!! Very frustrating and I feel like because it was a big order that I pd in full before coming in to pick it up that they just let the receipt sit on the counter bypassing it not wanting to do it until I walked over there to tell them please do this order not knowing if I hadn't walked over there they would've never started on it!!! Definitely going to be a long while before I go there again

I been trying to give this location another chance but end up disappointed. The chow mein seems to be either old or really dried out from cooking, the orange chicken is over cooked always get crispy dried out pieces. It seems the staff looks confused and not knowing what to do when ordering. I really was hoping this location would improve with the food and customer service but might just have to make the extra drive and go to a different location for future.

Food is very fresh. As an HVAC technician who has been seen a lot of equipment, Panda Express has the cleanest restaurants in town. Not only that, but their portions and pricing are also the best in town.

Orders for pickup should never take 30 mins. Also here after pick up time and no one is making online orders. I shouldn’t have to come in AND get in line.

Honestly, very slow service here. No greeting. Kind of just for the money. Also Google lied and said that there was a drive thru. There is not.

Whomever cooks the food here knows what they are doing. The lomein isn't greasy and the veggies are cooked perfectly. I know it's a chain but there is a difference in quality and I have been to Pandas all over the country.

OMFG!!!! We waited 25 mins for an order we placed 30 mins ago online!!!! Dysfunctional isn’t even the word! I’m in utter disbelief!!!!! Never again!!! Worst panda experience ever in my life!!!

I love panda but unfortunately this location was not it for me. Didn’t catch the girls name but they were not it for me. An hour before they close and I get they just want to go home but treating the customers with a sour attitude isn’t going to make time go any faster. No one welcomed us or the customers coming in. No smiles. There was a young lady stocking the forks by the drink area and when I asked if I could have a fork, she just gesture to the side without making eye contact or saying anything. I looked to the side and took a me a while to realize there was 2 to go napkin and forks on the side but it was hidden by the big box of forks so I didn’t see it until I looked further back. Looks like everyone working night shift was not feeling it and again I understand, an hour until closing time but they knew what they signed up for when they decided to work night shift. On top of that, the cooks rushed to make the chow mein so the chow mein did not have any flavor or coloring to it.

Ordered through mobile app and asked for special request to have one of the sides separate because my daughter could not have one of the sides and it was for me. They did not do that and when I showed the lady ..her name is Ching. She was extremely rude. Questioning me why my daughter couldn't have the other side next to each other and huffing and puffing when I just asked to speak to her manager. She ruined my experience here. Don't be surprised is Ching is rude to you and has poor customer experience

Did an online order at 6:30 and was told it would be ready at 6:50. When we show up at 6:50 we were told there is a 20 minute buffer between when online says it will be ready and when it is actually ready. Didn’t leave with my pickup order until 7:12 from a fast food restaurant. It’s absolutely ridiculous how slow they were. If you can’t fulfill online ordering, don’t have it.
