I LOVE their "family meal" for around $35 ! It comes with 3 large entrees and 2 large sides, it typically feeds my family of 5 with a plate left over for lunch the next day ! I go in and get what I see that is fresh and ready so there are no complaints. The workers are always fast and efficient and I appreciate that ! Don't forget to scan your rewards

Once again, I get orange chicken and get tiny little breaded pieces. Little to no meat. That 3 times in the last month.

One time a coworker wanted to go to Panda Express for lunch and I said no. He asked if I ever went to Panda Express and I said, “Yes, but only when I’m constipated.” Well, I made the poor decision to go tonight. I waited 20 minutes for one plate even though I arrived when it wasn’t very busy… good thing I was constipated. Next time I’ll just drink a tablespoon of olive oil. It will be healthier and taste better.

Must have gone into Panda Express too early this afternoon. Orange chicken and noodles feel and taste like what wasnt sold last night. Got some inedible orange chicken thats chewy as hell. I cant eat this. Definitely did not get fresh food today.

Food tastes just like any other Panda, but they're stingy here. I didn't get as much of the entree as I usually do at other branches.

It's Panda Express, you aren't getting gourmet food, but I can get veggies instead of a ton of carbs, and the location near Constitution and Tutt is always super fast and accurate. They occasionally (only rarely) miss on portion size, but when I write to customer service they always make it right, usually with a coupon or freebie meal, so that's cool. The rewards program is very good - I always have enough points for a discount, and usually earn more points than I spend.

Well, I think this Panda Express must have hit a slippery patch of ice for a few months, BUT, I have to add my review based on my experiences. The wife and I have been eating in and taking out from this location the past 7 years. The food has always been fresh and tasted great. Even during the pandemic, we counted on a bi-monthly carryout. Then, in 2023, there was a lull in the service we have been acustomed to, but that's been fixed and we continue to enjoy Panda at least twice a month. We even use them for evening meals with guests. So, my review is a hearty 5-stars.

This location has screwed up for the 3rd and final time. We attempted to try one more time to get food at this location yesterday, 1/7/24. We were there around 12:30pm or so and they weren't busy at all. I ordered a plate with half noodles and half rice, with Beijing beef and orange chicken. I guess there wasn't enough noodles for my order, so they said they'd have some up in a few minutes. We waited nearly 10 minutes and during that wait, one girl tried to hand our food to another customer. My name was on the box and the customer noticed it, then handed it back. The noodles finally came up and the register girl put my box on the line when another girl picked it up and handed it to a male who I guess was the manager who put half rice and half noodles in my container, then handed it back to her. She put it in the bag and handed my wife the bag. We both felt something was wrong, so I opened the container to find they didn't put any orange chicken in it. We handed it back to her and she went to get orange chicken, only to find out they were now out of orange chicken! She puts my container down and says, "We'll have to wait a few minutes." During all of this time, my wife's ala-carte orange chicken was in its own container, getting cold. My wife demanded a refund. The manager and I use that term loosely, "manager" came over, put the refund on our card and walked away. He didn't ask what was wrong, offer us any type of apology or solution and simply didn't care. This is the 3rd issue at this location, and we had issues at one other one. We are done with Panda Express and strongly suggest you don't visit this location. They just can't seem to get things together there. The kicker is they weren't even busy and management cares less about the performance of his employees or the happiness of his customers.

READ IMPORTANTI went to Panda Express on New Year’s Eve about 30mins-1 hour before closing that night. I order my food with my 2 year old daughter and had to wait for fresh noodles. While waiting I noticed a lady cleaning the counters with a microfiber towel and what looked to be some sort of cleaner in a bucket. Well she was cleaning the glass windows along the counter top and dropped this microfiber into the orange chicken. She proceeded to look around while laughing with a coworker hoping no one had seen what had happened. The lady cleaning and the food server look over at me NOTICED I had seen it and proceeded to still try and serve me that orange chicken. I told them it’s ridiculous that they would try serve me and my 2 YEAR OLD daughter chicken that had been contaminated with a microfiber that was used for cleaning the countertop and fountain area.. Also it wasn’t a quick drop and pick up, it sat there for like 30-45 seconds. They also proceeded to serve the rest of that chicken to unsuspecting customers. I’m currently weighing my options for a law suit and will be reaching out to customers around that time.
