Placed a mobile order with a 20-minute pickup time and ended up waiting over 40 minutes in an almost empty restaurant. My food was made, labeled, text done, and just left sitting there getting cold while staff ignored me.
No one was managing the pickup area, and I was repeatedly brushed off when trying to get help. One employee (Josie) was especially rude and disorganized—starting tasks, walking away, and ignoring mobile customers. The manager was no better—completely disengaged and sitting around talking on AirPods instead of helping.
Meanwhile, I watched multiple walk-in customers order, get their food and drinks, and leave while my “ready” order sat untouched. Cold food, small portions!
Disorganized, unprofessional, and flat-out rude service. Completely unacceptable.

General Manager does have great customer service after serving this to me she made me wait in a long line after I called ahead of time after a long day of work she did not offer any type of solution and had no type of customer service after Serving very hard, rice and cold food. I had to wait 15 minutes for my money back on top of all the other time that I spent in the office and she could not try to make anything better or offer a free or anything. I don’t see how she is manager.

Seriously got home to 4 half filled bowls. Ordering takeout is not a reason rip off your customers!
This Panda Express has the rudest staff ever. We ordered food directly from the app and only half of the order was delivered and what was delivered was stone cold. We spoke to multiple staff, many could not speak any English. The staff person who could, just started working and refused to remake our order, even when we offered to drive over and pick it up. They refused to resend it, or provide a refund. They said we had to call tomorrow to speak with a manager, whose name they refused to provide. None of the staff would provide their names and whispered amongst each other and they decided to hang up on me. So my boyfriend and I went without any resolution whatsoever to our food delivery issue and food quality issues. This franchise location should be closed, especially since they only have kids working and no manager on duty.

Me and my boyfriend walked in around 10 the hours says 10:30pm no one acknowledged us and we had to wait like five minutes just for someone to get what we didn’t wanted They were doing the floors. The food looked gross. Customer service sucked. The cashier girl was rude and the lady that did my food forgot to put my food in the box so I had to say something and then she put it in there and then she threw the food box on top of the counter. She was annoyed worst experience I’ve ever experienced that app Panda Express.

Rude service not to mention i pay extra for rangoon and the black pepper steak just to get home see a rangoon with nothing in it and one piece of steak the rest is just mushrooms. Make sure to check your plate before you leave.

This is the worst one in town. I went today and the lady gave me the smallest scoops ever. I got the teriyaki chicken, and it was cut up in big chunks, when they usually cut it into strips style. The chicken was also rubbery and all fat.

poor service, employees were very uninterested and unbothered by everything, and they gave smaller than usual portions on the food we had to wait 15 minutes for. we’ve never minded the wait at dinner time when we go to panda, but the rest of the service at this one just didn’t even make it worth it.

We ordered ragoons and didnt get them and also the rice was hard. My teriyaki chicken didnt have any sauce. I was happy with the service they were very nice and the cashier did something really nice for us. Just wish we got our food and better rice.
Worst Panda Express ever!!! don’t ever even touch foot in that place!!! Plus coworkers are very strange and they need to hire more normal employees.

Really didn’t find the restaurant to be all that a lot of hype but it seems to be just really quick fast food. I think they even use bag noodles like they’re already made in a plastic bag and they just heat them up.

So slow!!!!!!!!! Said it would be thirty minutes and it was PAST THAT. The cook in the back didnt hear the call out because she doesn’t speak English so my order was never cooked until someone told her in Spanish we needed greens. Part of the order sat and waited as everyone in the back took their time and didn’t have a sense of urgency even stopping to talk during cooking
