They welcomed us when we walked in. They weee not too busy. The food looks fresh and very appealing.

My Hubby got a bowl with the Kung Po chicken , half and half with a side of Beijing beef. Cupcake got the cub meal with honey sesame chicken breast. I got a bowl with noodles and honey sesame chicken breast. We got some spring rolls as well.

We were checked out and the prices were reasonable. We will be back.

Worst service ever. The Lady at checkout is rude and should learn some customer service etiquettes. She mixed up orders and gave wrong food to me. Instead of apologizing kept blaming the cx( me). Worst experience ever.

the website and apple maps says that they close at 10:30. me and my boyfriend walked in at 10:15 and they were already sweeping and all food was put away. we walked fully in and were not acknowledged by anyone. one of the workers looked at us and went straight back to what they were doing. they also had headphones in. if you close at 10:30, you shouldn't be fully cleaned up and food put away when the door is still open and then not acknowledge customers whatsoever. ridiculous

Just got Home From picking up some dinner with my friend and This place is the only Panda I go to. No matter what day or time of the week, everything has always been on point!!! Fresh food, awesome service and just an overall great experience. Kevin was dope and was super friendly and overall was nothing less than stellar on joking and keeping up a great conversation as he was giving us the total and making sure we got all the sauces and items. Last thing is a shout out to all the staff keeping the store clean and food fresh!!!!!

DO NOT place an order here late on the app. They not only refuse to make your food but offer old food you didnt order as a replacement and evidently have no way to cancel online orders....that they refuse to fill. I contacted support as I was advised and 3 weeks later they replied and offered no resolution for a $50 order that was not filled. Just an "Im sorry this happened to you, we strive to do our best, and we'll make sure to let the location manager know about the issue". I never heard from the store manager and got so frustrated with supports condescending accusations that I told them it was clear they needed my $50 more than I do. Again, this was 3 weeks after my reaching out letting them know the store employees had refused to make our order. I placed the order on the app around 9pm. They dont close till 10. Makes no sense. The customer care in this city from FF management and employees is absolutely the worst I've ever experienced living from coast to coast.

I recently visited Panda Express and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The food quality was substandard – bland, overcooked, and clearly not fresh. On top of that, the portions were outrageously small for the price, leaving me wondering if they were rationing every scoop.

However, the worst part of my visit was the customer service, which was undeniably the poorest I’ve experienced in the last 20 years. The staff seemed uninterested, inattentive, and downright rude, making the entire visit unpleasant from start to finish.

I had higher expectations, but this experience left a terrible impression. I won’t be returning and would advise others to spend.

Workers were extremely rude. They were all cleaning equipment and counters instead of helping customers when the line was out the door. They also didn’t give us teriyaki sauce. Never eat here!!!!

The gentlemen who started serving us was great. Then his boss started yelling at him even though he was doing the right thing. She served less food than he did and was short and rude. Then later before we were done eating boss lady started cleaning underneath us and grabbing our for for trash. Definitely felt like we were not welcome. What an odd experience with boss lady.

Came in just now and younger guy , unfortunately bad attitude and terrible customer service. Seems like he didn’t want to be there and took it out on us and our service. Asked for a military discount and he said yes I’ll apply that waited and never applied it so after I waited for him to do it and he never did I just paid so I can get out of there and away from him. Then when I got home and opened our order he completely gave us wrong items and not full portions. Love this place and usually have nothing but great things to say but after this encounter with him I had to post.
