So I come to this Panda quite a lot. Speed or service, quality of food and the amount of protein I get per dollar. All of this is important to me.

Yet, for some odd reason, any time I use the drive thru I always run into this guy Luis at the window. The guy usually has a smile on, good vibes, is always looking out for me and loves my dog if I ever bring him with me. For the ladies, this is the spot you gotta go to because I heard my boy might be single, got game, swag and is an all around nice guy. He cares about his customers that swings by and in the food service industry, that can be challenging to do. So imagine how he would take care of you? He would be considered an exotic Hispanic probably here in the springs too. I would be very disappointed if this guy didn’t get promoted, ran his own store, got a few pay raises on top of it, because if Panda truly cared about their people, this guy is an absolute requirement to be on the top of your list, if not, you should give him a letter of recommendation and personally have this man go to another company who can use his leadership, care, support, and willingness to do right for others, as you vouch for him yourself and go out of your way to make sure this man can do whatever he can to be the best version of himself.

I I typically dont write reviews but feel inclined to write about this store.

I usually enjoy Panda Express and have been a loyal customer for years because the food is consistently good and the service is friendly. However, this specific location has been disappointing multiple times now. On three separate visits, the food quality has been noticeably lower than usual — portions are small, items taste old or overcooked, and the overall freshness just isn’t there.
In addition, the staff has not been very hospitable. The experience feels rushed and unwelcoming compared to other Panda Express locations. I really hope management takes notice and brings this location back up to the standards Panda Express is known for

They say they close at 10, but every time I go around 9:00 or 9:10 they’re already closing. Sometimes I even go at 7 and they still haven’t cooked anything. Every time I ask for food, they say they finished it and only have orange chicken left. This is honestly ridiculous lazy staff, bad service, and they lie about their hours. If they don’t want to work, they shouldn’t be open.

Nice, clean place to eat from. Easy access to the parking lot. Not a lot of parking spaces though. Otherwise, the food is fresh, and tasty. I highly recommend this location.

I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience during the hiring process at Panda Express in Colorado Springs. The interview was hostile, filled with invasive and inappropriate questions, and conducted with a cold, dismissive tone that left me feeling disrespected and devalued. I was not assessed based on my skills or qualifications, but instead made to feel scrutinized and unwelcome. The experience was mentally distressing and has had a lasting negative impact on my well-being. I expected better from a company that claims to value growth, respect, and diversity.

Drive thru rep was so sweet and the food was fresh and tasty!!! Give the girl a raise!!

Healthy food healthier price

I go here maybe once a week and this has never happened. I took a bite of my noodles and there were bits of plastic. My wife called the store and the employee named Jay refused to check if the rest of the food had plastic. They wanted to comp us 2 meals instead of a refund. If you can comp 2 meals, then shouldn’t you be able to do a refund? Just wanted to warn people that they aren’t following food safety and when you let them know, they just say “mmm”

Good location.

I have ordered here at least over 100 times and never had an issue. They recognize me the moment I walk in and remember my name even if they don't see me for months. They always bring a smile to my face. I love the employees here. They always follow my online order instructions and the moment I walk in I'm greeted with a smile and they ask how I'm doing. Food is always hot and delicious with the extra sauce I always ask for. Great atmosphere, great food, and great people. My weekly treat for when Ive had a hard day at work and need a mood lifter.

Clean store, the fresh smell of hot food hit us as we entered, & we were greeted immediately as we approached the counter by employees who seemed happy to be there. Our food was hot and fresh, the employees on the line were thorough asking if we’d like sauce and utensils. Thank y’all for an easy but filling & yummy dinner. We will definitely return to this location!

You guys where out of everything. Not only that but we ordered half fried rice half chow mein and only got rice. They messed that up twice. So all three meals were just not what we asked for. We pay for the food and service, you guys failed to meet both. awesome job
