Go to the one in the broadmoor town center. This place is HORRIBLE.. the wait time is ridiculous for the drive through, and the common theme for them is to not even cook the food. Let alone a KIDS meal being RAW

Waited 30+ minutes for RAW. Purchased today at around 10:20am. Two orders of teriyaki chicken and chow mein and one order of spicy orange chicken and rice.
***We waited 40 minutes in the Drive Thru!... It didn't move at one point for 15 min while they seemingly took a break and the two people in front of me started shutting off their cars. It took 5-10 min just to order food at the start of the drive thru. Total time was 40 min start to finish while we were stuck going nowhere waiting. We had one order. Tried calling the restaurant and no answer. When I went inside to use the bathroom there were hardly any people in there. Two workers were on phones. No urgency to process orders. No apologies for it taking forever. Won't be returning any time soon.

I waited 8 minutes in the drive-thru for my husband to get a fresh beef dish, meanwhile they left mine sitting there getting cold. The chow mein is cold and horrible. The hot orange chicken is a joke. This is my first and last time there.

Door Dash guy had whip out most of the dishes and to top it off the server put the last of the old dish with the fresh one!! The noodles were pretty much empty out to!! On top of that my fortune cookie had no fortune should have known it was bad!!

Chloe, the girl behind the counter, was incredibly nice and helpful—sorry if I misspelled your name! ♥️ The restaurant was spotless, and my food was hot and fresh, which made all the difference. The customer service here is top-notch, and I can honestly say this is one of the best Panda Express locations I've been to. I will definitely be back!
