I usually come here to just hangout, charge devices and get a bagel or drinks on sip club but I dont order food often because its $$$ and small portions but I get the occasional free item or discount. Whats really nice is the rewards per visit. I used to work for Panera but that was years ago amd it was great then but you can read online all about the declines in food quality, portions and quality of ingredients... a lot has changed in the last few years and they were bought a few times since then I believe.

Very disappointed with my recent experience. I placed a mobile order for pickup, and they got it completely wrong. When I called to inform them, there was no apology—just a cold “okay, bring it back and we’ll make a new one.” Most people order ahead because they’re in a time crunch, so being told to drive back after already getting home is more insulting than helpful. I’m not looking for a free cookie—just letting others know to double-check their order before leaving so they don’t end up frustrated like I did. Poor service and zero accountability.

I've been a long time customer but was never served a bagel cut with the top so paper thin I could use it as a ninja star!
I know you don't like to waste money and throw away food. So give it to a hungry employee or donate to food banks for the needy. Just don't send it to customers.
I know the machine doesn't cut it right down the middle every time. But seriously, not a good surprise. Sandwich was good though 👍
Staff and Managers are amazing! Super accommodating to our distress when a large group order fell through. They picked up the ball running and did an amazing turnover to get our folks their food.

Young lady severing us, Summer, made my coffee to perfection. And because of that I keep coming back. Even if she isn't on duty. This store is warm and inviting and it isna good place where friends can meet. Quiet, clean and surrounded by good food and wonderful staff.
