I ordered a two-combo meal for delivery, which included the Hearty Fireside Chili and the Half Ciabatta Cheesesteak. Unfortunately, both dishes were quite disappointing.
The Hearty Fireside Chili was a far cry from the picture they showed. The meat was puréed into the sauce, and there were very few beans that were mushy. The flavor was off-putting, with an overpowering cumin and an acidic sauce.
The Half Ciabatta Cheesesteak was another letdown. It looked nothing like the picture, with only a meager amount of meat—less than 4 ounces. There were only a few onions and cheese was very scarce. I did not order the zesty sweet peppers
Overall, I was quite disappointed with my Panera experience this evening.

I’ve visited this Panera a few times and it’s always busy at lunch. You need to order online before you arrive to avoid sitting and waiting too long. The atmosphere is bustling and isn’t all that welcoming. The food is good - as you’d expect at Panera. Last time I went I had to wait an extra 5 mins for my food (longer than the app said it would take). Not a big deal, but this place doesn’t really meet my expectations.

Normally love Panera bread but this location is trash. Multiple orders messed up while I was waiting, my order came out one item at a time and each had to be asked about individually, to-go fruit cup (already small normally) was less than half full.

Literally on the phone discussing options as it’s my first time at a Panera, ever, and Alan was chiming in and I had to step away because I’m trying to just talk about the menu over the phone with interests and feedback from my friend. I was standing closer to the counter to avoid being at the register because I wasn’t ready and he comes up to swap out the pots and tried to continue his one sided conversation, as I was still on the phone, so I moved towards the doors to get out of his way and so he can understand, I’m busy on the phone. I was ready to order and in line at Miriam’s register. I’m ordering from the left side of the menu that didn’t emphasize breakfast, so I stuck with an a chai latte and she told me it was past breakfast, so I went with my second option. Didn’t want a meal, since I got my drink, but she’s preselecting chips and charged me for the meal and not up charging me for the coffee to be a part of my meal. Literally, will never have Panera after this and this is my first and last time. They have the nerve to talk about me when I’m literally right there.

Outdoor chairs are falling apart and have holes and almost every single one of them. They don't have enough help and the you pick two prices are misleading. It gives a price for the you pick two and then you have to add the other price to that for whatever you decide to get in addition.

I usually come here to just hangout, charge devices and get a bagel or drinks on sip club but I dont order food often because its $$$ and small portions but I get the occasional free item or discount. Whats really nice is the rewards per visit. I used to work for Panera but that was years ago amd it was great then but you can read online all about the declines in food quality, portions and quality of ingredients... a lot has changed in the last few years and they were bought a few times since then I believe.
Grilled cheese sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup were perfect for lunch.

I’ve been on a week long road trip to Colorado all the way from Chicago. Along the way, I have visited a number of Panera Breads; as I find them to be a good bang for your buck while not compromising the quality of food. This Panera Bread has been the best experience I have had so far. The area is incredibly clean, the service was fast, and the staff are most considerate and pleasant to talk to. I would definitely recommend everyone to stop by for a bite.
