Most expensive bad food imaginable.
Ok the Italian steak sandwich was really good and the chocolate croissant 🥐
Great food, never been disappointed!
Great tea. Good food.
Tonight during the dinner rush at 6 there were THREE managers conducting a new hire meeting while they were very understaffed behind the counter. I waited to order for 10 minutes and then it took 40 minutes to get my meal. The employees behind the counter were stressed, sweating, and one rested her hands on the ledge in front of her having to take in deep breaths bc she was overwhelmed by the volume of orders. Everyone in line felt so bad for the employees while we all watched 3 managers sit and watch the new hires clear off some tables (which honestly was more chaotic having them walk around not totally knowing what to do while the lobby was PACKED and one even approached the pick up counter to chat w the employees oblivious of chaos). Everyone I saw and encountered were gracious with the employees, but furious at the management. When the management was approached they were dismissive and rude- one wouldn't even look up. Very disappointing.

I have always loved Panera Bread, and was looking forward to going this morning. They open at 7 AM, and we were there when they opened. Two people were working, a man and a woman. We ordered, I asked for a CinnaScramble and a CinnaSausage Scramble. When the guy said "2 cinna sausage scrambles", I said that I wanted the one without sausage. He said "people usually order with sausage, we don't make it without", and I pointed it out on the menu. He never looked us in the eye.
Then, I asked for hot chocolate, he said they do not have that anymore. We found our seats, right by the fireplace and asked if they would turn it on. Nope, it was "condemned, it does not work".
The food we ordered was good - this was the only positive part of our experience.
We wanted to order some Baked Goods, but only 4 bins had bagels in them that were available, so all of the options that we wanted to order (from theu menu on the website) were not available. The options they did have in the cases (scones, muffins) looked old and had crumbs around them -- looked like they had been there a while.
I pulled the baked goods (again from the menu on the website) and asked about a couple of items, but was told " what you see here is all we have."
I will NOTbe going to this Panera again...maybe another one will have better service and product options.
P.S. We actually left here to go to Kneaders (which we have never been to), in hopes of finding better baked goods, only to find they are closed on Sundays.
BAD SERVICE, BAD CHOICES. I am very disappointed!

I can always get something to eat that goes along w/my dietary lifestyle. I do no grains and no sugars! Very EZly @ PB! It's my first go-to eatery!
Dietary restrictions: I don't do grains, but I can get an apple instead of bread...which I'm grateful for!
Kid-friendliness: Yes, most definitely, however parents and guardians should monitor them closely. The staff should not have to discipline someone's child. However, I have not seen any child misbehave when I've been at any Panera Bread.
Wheelchair accessibility: Large parking lot...spots open varies w/mall traffic, but close enough to the stores.
