I will never eat at Panera again. It was super expensive for the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. I used to like this restaurant. The food sucks now.

Extremely overpriced. Half a sandwich or in their case 1 slice of break barely any chicken some lettuce $17 haha way to rob customers. Enjoy your pathetic sandwich and assuming customers brag about your quality lol trash

Spencer was amazing. Cleaning and offering assistance to all of us. Juanita was the sweetest cashier ever. Great food. Very clean inside.

11/11/25 service was not good, cashier asked the person in front for rewards number yet did asked for mine when i completed my transaction. He put my soufflé on top of my orange scone without putting any paper in between so when I got home the entire top of scone was on the bottom of the container holding soufflé.

Place needs to actually update their kiosk. Pagers don’t work or have numbers. So why leave them out. Update your pagers or your kiosk. Been like this for the past year I been coming here.

There’s a weird smell when you walk in, and if you *actually* look behind the counter, there appears to grease or something on some ceiling tiles, especially near the vents. Not sure what’s up with that, but my food has always been good. I never eat in though, the smell is pretty funky.

Laid back atmosphere, there is often individuals working on laptops or having meetings. I only gave service 4 stars because you do the ordering and pick up by yourself. Yes, there is the option to let them take your order, but they are mostly hands off with customers. They have one server who went out of her way to talk to us while we were in there, I apologize that I forgot her name, she was new on the job.

Terrible, hospitality was truly out the window. My daughter's food was so stale it was almost poisoning.. And then I asked for service assistance and the cashier that day told me it was not so, and their attitude was hostile and dismissive. There has to be something done about staffing and product quality. We had to share my food and left feeling outcasted and discriminated against for coming during operating hours... just utterly at a loss for words....
