Got a great salad, and had a relaxing lunch

Dirty. Dishes piled up on return area. Manager and someone else just talking and looking at mess.
Food took over 20 minutes. Slow for soup and sandwich. Got tired of looking at mess so I started cleaning it up and stacking dishes. Still no response from manager. Finally an employee said thanks.

Was completely ignored for 10 mins when walking in to pick up order. No rush afterwards on getting the order to me. In fact, the guys seemed quite content on taking their time after I inquired on the order. Very unorganized team and they all looked confused. Customer service is customer service regardless of dining in, ordering to go, or picking up an order. No one likes being ignored.

Local Places

Got too good to go order. I never tried it before but I drove like 20 mins to get here. She gave me the stalest pastries and three little things all gross tasting. And two were the same thing. I kind of want my money back. This was not worth it

great place to sit- get some lunch/breakfast and get a lot of work done. they have a lots of tables, plug points and Wifi is great to make it a 2nd office for people who want to take some break for working from home.

they think this place is strictly a business and not a place to do homework, which is understandable but the worker was also extremely rude when telling us that we need to order food… which we were planning to anyways and we do everytime we come here to do hw

Mourning Sage

Fantastic experience with the crew and a clean restaurant including the patio area. Their manager brought us our food directly because they were having problems with their pagers and we were unaware. He even offered to remake our food if it had gotten too cold.

I haven't been in to Panera for ages. There was nobody behind the counter, used a kiosk. They were out of bagels, I did order a coffee, it was good. Just not the Panera I remember; it is sad that customer service is in their past.

I went into this location and was offered a buy one get one free. The girl working there couldn't figure out how to ring it up. It took so long i opted to leave and get a refund. I did not receive a refund. I was charged twice. Instead. When I called the store to remedy it, the manager mannix was unable to help me. He was the same one who was rude, competitive and argumentative. The first time I was in the store trying to get a refund. I ended up trying to call their corporate office. Did not get a better response until I finally got a manager on the phone. This place used to be my go-to restaurant. No more.
