Panera Bread is a convenient lunch spot where customers can order ahead and dine-in, with food usually ready within 10 minutes. The menu offers good food at around $15 per meal. However, the cafe's cleanliness could be improved, with some customers leaving messes behind. Despite this, the staff have been known to provide helpful and attentive service, going above and beyond to ensure customers' needs are met. The food was great, but it took some customers 45 minutes to get their meal during the lunch rush. The sandwich bread was dry and the seating difficult. The utensils and dishes were stacked very high - probably hadn't been bused since early morning. The soup was not hot. Mac'n'cheese was warm. Sandwich was not great- soggy bread, low portions for the cost, drinks seemed to be watered down. Chips were good. Cookie was good. Apple was good. Self order kiosk was easy to use. Service was very slow. Expensive. Not very clean. Dirty dishes and trash were left on multiple tables and trash cans were overflowing. Everything was sticky-especially the floor around the drink machine.
