Horrible service on a pickup order, they failed to read I specified 1:00 pickup, they put down 6:53 am. When I showed up they had taken the order off the shelf and did not refund me. I contacted corporate. They forwarded to your franchise and said you would contact me. Crickets.
I have copies of emails and texts with corporate. All Panera Bread locations will no longer have my business thanks to you.
The manager was very polite and friendly!
