Just meh. Close to $80 for four meals and drinks. The sandwich bread was dry and the seating difficult. The utensils and dishes were stacked very high - probably hadn't been bust since early morning.

The food was great, but it took us 45 minutes to get our meal during the lunch rush. Hopefully we just caught them on a bad day but if you're on a lunch break you may want to think of someplace else.

This was very un-satisfying. Please don’t go here. 40 dollars for 3 Mac and cheeses, stupidly expensive. The bacon mac n cheese was also served 5 minutes later than normal mac n cheese. It was also very cold and it was not even thick it was just liquid. This was terrible service.

Food was okay overall. Soup was not hot. Mac'n'cheese was warm. Bread was rock hard. Sandwich was not great- soggy bread, low portions for the cost, drinks seemed to be watered down. Chips were good. Cookie was good. Apple was good. Self order kiosk was easy to use. Service was very slow and they weren't even busy. Expensive. Not very clean. Dirty dishes and trash were left on multiple tables and trash cans were overflowing. Everything was sticky-especially the floor around the drink machine. I almost lost my shoe because it was so sticky.

Bathroom was DISGUSTING. There was toilet paper everywhere and only 1 stall open also the drink station was messy and needs to be wiped down.

If I could give zero stars I would!! Went tonight to get my kid some chicken noodle soup because she is sick. Got home and not only was it well less than even a cup of soup (ordered a bread bowl with chicken noodle soup), but there was literally one bite of noodles (2 noodles), 1 piece of chicken, and like 3 pieces of vegetables!!! The rest was complete broth!! This is absolute bulls%*^!! I paid over $10 for that! The guy doing my order wearing a purple shirt was more concerned about telling his coworkers that they were all “cursed” (repeating the conversation numerous times) rather than paying attention to what he was actually doing! I want my money refunded asap! Apparently you can’t file complaints on the app. This is the last time I will shop at Panera, they have massively gone down hill since changing their “chef” and removing favorites from the menu and their customer service is just as bad!!

I paid 2 extra dollars to have avocado on my BLT and by the time I got home and checked inside my sandwich, I noticed they only put ONE SINGULAR SLICE of AVOCADO on my fkn sandwich. And it was TINY. I mean like only 2 inches long. I would have went back for a refund but I was sick and tired.
I'm disappointed in Panera. It's not what it used to be.

Ordered a bread bowl for soup and baguettes. No bread bowl. Chips instead of baguettes. How does a place called Panera Bread run out of bread? But our sandwich has bread so... wouldn't be so annoyed by this but they just handed us our takeout order in the taped paper bag and never mentioned anything, like "sorry we were out of bread." Receipt reads right. Soup and sandwich not that great either.
