Panera Bread

Great newer Panera. I was surprised to find it needing cleaning. Even the ladies room. It was mid afternoon. No crowd.
My salad was good and worth the price with my $5 off.

Vegetarian options: Great selection of salads with and without meat or cheeses.

Parking: Plenty of spaces.

Kid-friendliness: Sure. Bring 'em. But please keep them quiet.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room.

Ordered a ciabatta cheeseSTEAK… they didn’t add ANY meat on it? Not sure how you mess up a cheeseSTEAK, it’s literally in the name.

The only Panera I will eat at in the Springs. I have gone to 3 others. I only order a bagel. But this location is the only one who actually serves it as I request. Thank you!

Rebecca is absolutely awesome! She gave us absolutely phenomenal service on a difficult situation. Rebecca went above and beyond to help with a delivery order and we couldn’t have been more happy!

Food was typical Panera goodness. The people I interacted with were friendly. But the restaurant was down right frigid. It was extremely uncomfortable.

AVOID THIS LOCATION ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!! Cassandra - the manager, is so extremely rude. Didn't bother to apologize, couldn't look at me to talk me. Just brushed off the fact my order wasn't ready 35 minutes after I orderd it. Kept saying " It was right here," uh ok, but it's not, so why not do something about it? Instead of saying that and acting like I took it already.

Also, they sign off on food orders that are completely wrong. What's the point of checking it and signing off?

UPDATE:I order here a few times a week for convenience and now I have to stop. This location gets my order wrong more than 50% of the time. Again, how does it get signed off likes it's all correct when it's missing items and or the items are made incorrectly? I recognize most of the employees, so it's not new employees training. This location is just garbage - I guess they all can't read.

Just like the other reviews, try to get it corrected and get fat attitude- garbage terrible customer service that obviously starts at the top from Cassandra

Horrible store .. won't let you get off of sip club, charges card anyway with no way to rectify it. Had to call corporate to delete account. Very frustrating... Very Bad Business!!! I will NEVER go to Panera again!!!

We have always loved our Panera Bread choices!! They continue to not disappoint...foodwise!! I did order the mocha latte that was advertised. This hot beverage was not great, sadly. I also prefer ordering with a LIVE PERSON!! Their little "tablet" ordering device did not work...so why bother??!! Even so, Panera will continue to be an eatery on our list.

The service sucks the food that they give these people sucks. They really don’t care about them. I used to work there. I saw what the food look like and I saw how they used to prepare it. Wish I could give zero stars cause that’s what they deserve mistreating family members making it seem like they really care just to get your money but once they got your money and your family member inside the property, they don’t care about them

The quality food here seems to be below average every single time I go here. Tonight I ordered broccoli cheddar soup and for the second time, got a thick, baby food like textured bowl of slop and cold sandwich bread with it. Awful!

Stood waiting to be helped. They helped ppl after me instead, thanks for wasted time! Since yall costing me money as i shoulf have had this order out over 20 min ago I'll make sure to send the bill at the end of the yr cause yall have checked the court box by costing me money. This isn't the first time iv had to wait long past the pick up time and won't be the last. But I will add it all up and get my money.
