We ordered a medium, New York Style crust pepperoni pizza with extra 3 cheese blend. This pizza is so thin, there are actual holes in the slices. The size of my eyeball. It is hard and there's barely any cheese at all. Highly unsatisfied.

Three visits and three undercooked pizzas. Since the first time I’ve ordered every other pizza "well done" and they’re still undercooked. Not a fan of raw dough. Every other Papa John's in town absolutely amazing and on point every time. I don't know what's wrong with this location, but I'll drive 10 extra minutes to the next one every time for now on.

Don't order here unless you're a fan of getting raw dough and having to cook the pizza yourself. Didn't realize they switched to a papa Murphy's system (sarcasm)
Actual worst experience ever. Ordered online for curbside so I didn’t have to get my infant out of the car, no spot for that and they didn’t even come out when I said I was there. Then they sent my order on a delivery? How does that even happen. Awful.

Smells like weed when you enter the store, i don’t even want to get started with what happened with my order and the runaround they gave me including straight hanging up on me & purposely placing me on long holds. I was respectful during the calls they cant handle being called out in their BS also the staff consists of a bunch of young 18-early 20 years old’s, so good luck with trying to get things made right when their ego gets int he way

The service was excellent. Really kind people on the night crew the other night. The atmosphere was great. They kept it really clean in that kitchen. But it just seems like papa johns has changed in pizza quality. The taste in the dough has really changed. Its sweeter or something. Its a cheap pizza if you order online and pick it up. But the taste, just isnt there anymore.
