Papa Johns Pizza

The kids in this place are rude, lazy, and do a lousy job making pizza. And when I called to complain about the pizza order being wrong, I was told I should have checked before I left. You’d think a company this big would know how to train their employees on customer service, but what should I expect from kids who just want to blow their minimum wage on weed and video games? I’m done with papa John’s

I had the best pizza from this location. Not only was it delicious, but it came out very presentable! I had to run back in to ask who made it. Kudos to Mario for making an amazing pie. I’ll be back and will refer family and friends. :)

Don’t ever get order ahead at this store. Ordered at 11:30 am to get the pizzas delivered at 2:30 pm. They showed up at 3:19 pm.

If you like barely any cheese when you pay for extra cheese, this is your place.

I have ordered from this store so many times and have always had excellent service. Only one time, they forgot one of my toppings. I called, and they asked if I wanted a new pizza sent out or a credit. I asked for a new one to be sent out. I was nervous that the driver was gonna be upset, having to drive to my house again, but she delivered with a smile. I will definitely keep ordering from this store.

My husband and I planned for pizza date night at home after kids went to bed. When we ordered online we put in the notes that we needed the food left at the door. Well the driver rang my door bell, woke my children who didn't go back to bed and ate the date night food. Im honestly really frustrated.

Sub average. There’s a lot better places for pizza then this trainwreck. Costco pizza is better. Half the pizza is crust with hardly any toppings. Never again

So we thought we would try something new tonight and decided to order the CHICKEN PARMESAN PAPA BITES along with a pizza. The pizza was as expected but the bites….we’ll just see the picture. How is this acceptable, let alone quality. I’m embarrassed for them

I placed my online order while sitting in my car in front of the building. The email said it should take approximately 13 min. With no text or email update I went in at 20 min. The lady who orders a pizza at the counter is told 10 min. My order is still not ready. I tell him I will wait in my car. No message or email for another 15 min. I go back in and no one is at the register and two people waiting. Finally my pizza is ready, 3 times longer then the 13 minutes estimate . Took 37 min after ordering. Don't put unrealistic estimates if you can't meet them within 5 or so minutes.

Despite being right out of the oven, the "Crispy Cupperoni" was a "Soggy HardlyAnyRoni"! Bummer, wasn't counting on coming home just to add pepperoni and then fire up my cast iron pan to crisp what should be ready to eat. 2 stars is being generous...
