Fast service and great staff!

Pick-up online order (3 pizzas).. went perfectly, and even picked up early, no problem, it was ready!

They were helpful! I put in an oder and forgot to put in i need an alternative sauce. They worked with me, so I only had to pay for one other pizza. Another customer ordered something similar to what i had. Thank you guys!

This is the last time I will ever do business with this Papa Murphy's. New girl tried to upcharge me, then barely put any ingredients on the pizza, so bald I brought it home to add my own ingredients. To add insult the injury, the manager/owner not sure which has a heavy Indian accent you cannot understand and a condescending, combative attitude and chip on her shoulder. I tried to thank her for helping the new girl add more sauce and she talked to me like I was a dog. Disheveled and messy looking, she had her jacket on inside out and the new girl was wearing gloves but touched everything around her including the register so am sure there is bacteria transfer on the pizza. HORRIBLE. Last time I was in there there was a man who barely spoke English and was wearing filthy clothes. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN HEALTH DEPT!

The change in management caused a decline not only in service but in sanitation. One day I went in and all of the employees were sitting on the floor against the back wall. The other day I went in and the boss man was sitting on the food preparation counter. He didn't move when I walked in; he had one of the other guys get my pizza. He moved when I challenged him about the sanitation. Papa Murphys, don't worry about replying with a boilerplate promise to "make it right." I'm not going back. Bother with making it right and sanitary for all of your customers.

Ordered a pizza for take out, when I got home, noticed there is barely any cheese on the pizza.
Asked if I could get some extra marinara sauce, was rudely told that it was not on the ticket.

The owner needs to take a visit before the health department gets called. This place is DIRTY! This place needs a deep clean. I ordered and sat down to wait and regretted ordering the pizza... Underneath their pizza station looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years, not to mention the floors look awful. They have a jankey sign with sharpie that say "Take & Bake" The amount of corners cut at this place makes me worry. The back side of the pizza station has been torn off and looks like corkscrew. What in the world does the back kitchen look like. I actually prefer not to know because I won't be back. Please take some time to clean this place up. We were then given the wrong pizza and my husband looked at me and said "no we're good, lets just go". . While we were waiting there was only two people who came in and they were denied the online coupon and ended up leaving and not ordering. Such an odd business. I know this is franchise owned but Papa Murphy's corporate should probably take a look at this place.
