Will not return to this location ever again after employees yelled at my parents because they asked to add more toppings to their pizza. Unfortunate, because my family has been picking up pizza here for years. Completely unacceptable behavior.

Have been going to this store since they opened, and in the past have always had good food and service. This completely changed a few weeks ago, We had ordered a pizza online, for whatever reason the order did not save with the toppings we requested. When we got to the store for pick-up what we had was a pizza with sauce and cheese. When the staff was told that this is not what we ordered, we were told that was the order that came thru, and there was nothing they could do about it. We asked again why they could not fix the pizza they made with the toppings we wanted, again were told that they could not as that is how the order came through. One staffer said that since the manager wouldn't let them, they couldn't. Since this was a $10 Tuesday, the price would not have been an issue, so we were confused why the addition could not be done.Not only did we prepay for the pizza by we also tipped the staff. When we refused to take the pizza, the manager (we assume) who certainly did not look like a person in charge, got very verbal, to the extent that he followed us out of the store, shouting to get the f*** out of his store, and don't ever come back, and trust me we will not go back. When this incident was reported to corporate, we received a canned apology with a 20% discount offer on an order over $20. Not a very satisfying response to being sworn at.

The pizza used to be half decent. I've been going there for years. For some reason the flavor and I dont know what else has changed for the worse. Too bad because I used to like pizza night.

Got their pizza with Uber eats and it took twice as long as quoted (no fault of the driver) and the soda was warm. Not mad, just disappointed...

I've been here in the past but dont see myself coming back. Ordered the 5 cheese bread with my pizza and as soon as I opened the container it came in saw a giant hair nestled in the cheese. So disgusting don't go here.
