I'm in a wheelchair so I order on line for pick-up. If employees see my van park in front they will bring the pizza to me so I don't have to offload my chair.

I've always been a big fan of Papa Murphy's, but something is amiss at the Powers & Constitution location (Colorado Springs). I wanted to get in touch with the manager, but my online search revealed that they're trying to hire a manager.
My pizza crust was so thin that I had to bake it for 30 minutes. I took it back. The 2 employees working insisted that I got the "regular" crust. That I needed to let it rise for 30 minutes before baking. What?!? And I don't even like thin crust.
They gave me a replacement pizza just to pacify me. But it was the same as the previous one.
Is everyone at the store new & improperly trained? They're not making the dough correctly and insist it's fine.
Accolades for one part: the toppings were plentiful and yummy. But I don't like pizza toppings with no crust.
