I called and ordered. I wad told it would be 30 minutes until my order was ready. I came in right on time but my order wasn't ready. I had to wait another 30 minutes. 15 people came in after me and they all got their orders. I got no apology for the wait/delay. No "have a dipping sauce as an appology" nothing. No customer service.
