We were in a last minute situation for needing a large order of pizzas. We called papas to get 30 pizzas and they took care of it with no problem. They were respectful, Everyone loved them. They saved the day!!
Great place and customer service! Love these guys for catering for big outreachβs or just for personal! Great pizza and other food to meets anyoneβs snack or big party need! Give them a try you wonβt regret it! Say hi to the team for me they become family!

Had high hopes for their pizza. Crust is nice and chewy but no salt so very bland. Pizza was meh at best. Blah sauce and skimpy toppings. Very pricey.

We have a 50% off coupon. We got an 18" Arti's Wedding Pizza and wings. We ordered over the phone and picked up.
Wow! The value was amazing. It is worth full price. This NY style pizza is made with quality ingredients and clear pizza know-how.
Papa's North is my go to place now. This is better than any chain around.
A bonus was the care, speed and quality control. The manager double checked that the order was perfect.

The food is really good. A slight blip on the chocolate truffle cake, but still good. (Cake was frozen solid and the plastic fork did not work well).
Now, the service was painful. Probably a lot to do with it being new, but, it was extremely slow and disorganized. We ordered two 10" pizzas and an order of bread sticks. We received one pizza, then a few minutes later the bread sticks, then we had to ask about the third pizza twice and then went up to the front and got it after a good 10 minutes. It was fresh out of the oven and was hot. I would have thought the bread sticks would have come out first and quickly, then, after a few minutes both pizzas at the same time.
We will probably wait a good 6 months+ before going back so they can work out the issues.

BLUF: above average pizza and calzone (Marcos level) but very unorganized
1st time visiting, walked in and did not know if it was self seating or not. Stood in line at the counter to figure that out, and the lady in front of me had a takeout order missing an item. Grabbed a couple menus from the counter and sat down at a table we had to clean off ourselves. Dine in wasnβt busy at all, unsure about take out.
Placed order (supreme calzone, some kind of chicken bacon artichoke pizza and garlic bites) and went to get iced tea. Nothing but clear water coming out of the unsweetened tea.
Ok, to this point, not really bothered.
Party next to us with kids had already ordered before usβ¦our order came out before theirs. Cut into my calzone to find it was the wrong orderβ¦talked to the family with the kids and it was their order. The garlic bites had no garlic or garlic flavorβjust baked bread really with marinara on the side. Very disappointed.
My order was put back in and came out quickly but the folks next to us STILL didnβt have everything
Then a large party came in and I guess the manager/owner (?) knew them and greeted them. He didnβt say a word to usβ¦figured if they screwed up our order and the familyβs next to us, he wouldβve apologized.
Take it for what itβs worth, maybe a bad night or maybe not. I will say the gent that brought our food out was apologetic and attentive, could tell he cared and was trying. Might give them one more chance, but 1st impression is not great.
