Paradise Smoothies & Pretzels

There was a nail in my girlfriend's drink. A literal cut fingernail inside of the drink, and not just one, she had spit out THREE nails.

This place has some good drinks and some absolutely horrible ones. Anything traditional is good but I wanted to try the horchata. As they were making the drink they put milk and cinnamon. Fun fact for you traditional horchatas don't have milk. They are traditionally made with rice water. One sip and I threw it out. It tasted like what you would expect it to, it was extremely thick too, was not enjoyable. Would I go again? Yes, will I order the horchata? No.

Delicous, fresh made smoothie. I love having a healthy option when shopping at the mall, and this place does not disappoint. Convenient, fast, and spill-proof with so many flavor options.

Pretty disappointed! I usually go to the Citadel mall location and always have a great experience but not at this one. I ordered a pumpkin Carmel coffee, it had WAY TOO MUCH Pumpkin. Could not taste the Carmel at all! And it had a weird tobacco taste. I also ordered an iced matcha speciality smoothie, and it tasted like milk. Just milk. Very disappointed. Will be going to the citadel location from now on.

Very disappointed with what I just witnessed while waiting for my smoothie. I personally believe politics should be left out when you’re working but instead I had to sit and listen to one of the workers talk about how certain followers of a politician which I personally follow are cult followers because of something they did. And then had the audacity to laugh at me when I said something about it. Keep politics away from work as it offends some people. Definitely not returning here.

I regret that I cannot give ZERO stars. I waited an extended period for two pretzels for my toddlers. When my dad came and asked me about the wait time, I told him it had been about 20 minutes. Subsequently, the very rude lady behind the counter called me by name and rudely corrected me, stating that I had only been waiting for “16 minutes.” To make matters worse, the pretzels I received were completely RAW and COLD!!

Do not try the dirty chai, is some gross instant coffee with syrup and the boba was not fresh. Tried the lemonades and it was way too strong like someone used too much Kool aid powder in a small amount of water, very unbalanced...at least the cashier was very nice when I needed to exchange the drink.

The pretzels and smoothies are made fresh to order so they are always really good. Service wasn't even bad until a specific incident. I ordered a cinnamon sugar pretzel, I always order a cinnamon sugar pretzel and that's what it was on the receipt. But for some reason they made it a salted pretzel. I told them their mistake and they not only made me pay the $1.30 difference but didn't even make a new pretzel just brushed the salt off the one they made and put sugar on it. I wish I hadn't tipped.

This is one of my favorite places to go. This is always the must stop place when i need a snack at the mall. Sam is so sweet and makes me love ordering from here.
