In town to visit. Brought our family for some excellent Italian food. We received our courses very quickly. Server was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great value. We all had enough leftover for another meal! We can't wait to return!
Service and food were beyond compare! So delicious and perfect for a birthday celebration!
Our server was sweet as can be showering us with compliment's but very informative of the menu. The pesto pasta was amazing !! I added sausage to it and it was exactly how I imagined. Very saucy but extremely tasteful! My girlfriend got the spaghetti and meatballs and it was a lot! Perfect in every way. The prices were great. $40 for a bottle of wine. The sauces were perfect! Highly recommend. Old town feel with a touch of home. 10/10!!
We dined for the 2nd time at Paravicinis for our anniversary on a short trip to Manitou Springs and were not dissapointed. The hostess and server acknowedged our anniversary from our reservation, and seated us in a nice booth. Food was excellent. I had the manicotti which was rich but not overwhelling, and my husband had the puttanseca and substituted cod for the shrimp, no problem. Our waiter was good natured and attentive and comped us a cannoll. Highly recommend this great local Italian restaurant. Make a reservation as it gets busy, even on weeknights.
Good food, quick service , good chanti, a bit noisy but every table was taken. Great night for the restaurant. In and out in 40 minutes. Would recommend.
Absolutely the best Italian food I've ever had, and the service was exquisite. Please don't miss an opportunity to try this food!
We dined on October 19th, 2025 with a reservation for 3:30PM. We were seated immediately, but were not served for over 15 minutes while guests that had arrived after us were served right away. Eventually a waitress noticed and loudly, repeatedly began asking, "Where's Adam?" while looking towards our table and walking around the restaurant. Eventually she gave up on her search for Adam, came to our table and rudely said, "I guess this is what we are doing, what do you want?" No explanation of the specials or menu, as I had heard servers give to other guests right away. The food tasted okay, however later in the evening both my wife and I experienced some pretty uncomfortable indigestion. There were a few other things that happened that were detrimental to our overall experience. During our meal, it sounded like the kitchen staff were throwing a party and broke dishes on several occasions. Highly disturbing to the dining environment. For a $100 meal, I expected much more from the food and the experience as a whole. We will not be returning to Paravicinis, which is unfortunate as it is somewhere I had enjoyed in the past.
Very over rated. It used to be pretty good. Not anymore. Food wasn't that great and it was very loud. We won't be returning.
Our second time eating here and was excellent again. Glad we had reservations for Friday @ 5:30 pm as there was already a line out the door! Excellent service, amazing food, despite being very busy food was served promptly. First table they sat us at was very tight, could barely pull chair out to sit down and was under the a/c blower but were able to move. Large portions, can make several meals for one!
I wanted to eat here last year when we stayed in Old Colorado City a few nights but we didn't make it. This restaurant is now in our MUST eat rotation whenever we are in the area. We were both very happy with the options, selections and the service. Highly recommended.
Restaurantji Recommends
We were celebrating a birthday and had a wonderful experience. Our server was terrific and the food even better. We'll definitely be back and would recommend to all our friends.
What a great Italian restaurant in Colorado Springs. Veal dishes were excellent. Jimmie, our server, was terrific. We will definitely go back when we're in the Springs and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
decent food, the flavor and quality varies though
Delicious
This is one of the best restaurants in Colorado Springs. They are locally owned and take gray pride in their food and service. They get very busy even on weeknights so I advise making a reservation. I always get the Tenderloin Gorgonzola, it’s melt in your mouth with an explanation of flavor. You just can’t go wrong when you dine here. Delicious!!!
