I absolutely loved my experience at Paravicini's Italian Bistro! From the delicious chicken parmigiana to the flavorful penne, every dish was amazing. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive waitstaff who made the dining experience exceptional. The manager's involvement and attention to customers truly set this restaurant apart. Undoubtedly one of the best dining spots in the area!"

Authentic Italian food. The house dressing on the salad was light and refreshing. Ask about any desserts on the hidden menu.

Amazing food! Awesome service! This establishment was jam packed on a Tuesday night so I'd recommend reservations. If I didn't live on the East Coast, I'd eat here weekly

Paravicinis has good food, lots of options, and okay pricing for food. I say okay pricing since the portion sizing is massive but doesn't really equate to the best quality. It's good italian but not mind-blowing. If the portioning was smaller, it wouldn't be worth the price. It is quite cramped in the restraunt and if you do not make a reservation ahead of time for anything larger than a party of two, you may be on a 20 minute wait (especially during peak summer season.)The server was nice initially and brought waters immediately. I love a good cocktail, so I was happy to see the menu had some classics like the Negroni, Sidecar, and Brandy Alexander. As a guest, if I see these classics on the menu, I assume the bar has the proper tools to make them. I also assume the staff understands how to talk about cocktails in general. So I received my Sidecar, which had the amount of glaciers the Antarctic has. With so many ice chips floating in the cocktail, you have to drink it fast since it will dilute and flatten the cocktail. This honestly wasn't the worst thing ever, but since I saw I got a cocktail "SERVED UP" I asked the server how they prepared the cocktails if I were to order a Nergroni served up. I mentioned the ice in my cocktail and just wanted to make sure it wouldn't happen again or just get something else instead. She did mention that she bartends about once or twice a week in the morning and doesn't know what she is doing at the time I visited. So, I specifically asked if the bartender stirs cocktails served up. Long story short she did not understand anything that was being asked, assured that the cocktail will be served up, gives me a Negroni on the rocks, proceedes to say it's stirred then gets it remade properly served up. While she was getting my drink remade, she had no shame gossiping to the bartender about the whole situation. Now, this wouldn't be an issue if she was more polite, listened, and tried to actually understand what I was asking. It was a shame to get this experience as many places in Colorado Springs, especially like by so many have all the boxes checked in the service industry. I unfortunately won't give Paravacinivis another chance this season.P.S I am very understanding, patient, and forgiving when it comes to service, especially if it's busy. I bartend in the industry myself, and it was very unprofessional for the server to react this way.

I enjoyed eating here at the bar on my own. I had the gorgonzola filet. It was the best meal I've had in a long time!

The food was alright, it wasn’t anything mind blowing - especially with what they’re charging. There wasn’t a lot of flavor or seasoning in any of the dishes we had, alfredo sauce was soupy and thin. Service was alright, our server was nice enough when we saw him.

We went for my grandfather's 89th birthday. Not only was the food and service impeccable, but the clientelle were also incredibly kind and courteous. Our server was very friendly and very helpful regarding our menu selections as well. I am very glad to have enjoyed a meal here, but even more so with the ambience and welcoming nature of the staff and client base. Thank you!

What can I say?First, you're greeted as you enter by friendly host/hostesses. With reservations, we're always seated almost immediately. The servers are always attentive, bringing water and small loaves of bread to dip into olive oil and balsamic that's already available on each table to begin. The wine list is substantial, with something for everyone and in every price range. There's also a full bar for your favorite cocktail or try one of their specialty drinks.Food. OMG. The menu, like the wine list, offers something for everyone! From a simple plate of spaghetti and sausages to perfectly prepared fish, chicken, veal, and beef. I always go thinking I'll try something new, but I usually wind up with my favorite - the Tenderloin Gorganzola, cooked to a perfect medium rare. It's 2 tenderloin of beef, served atop a bed of angelhair pasta with mushrooms, spinach, roasted red peppers, and the most heavenly Gorganzola sauce. Seriously, it's one of the best meals I've had! But, definitely don't discount their daily specials. In any case, it can be hard to decide! Hopefully, you'll be with folks who have no issues with sharing tastes!

I think I must be the only person who doesn't like this place. The food was average at best. My biggest complaints were the Arancini and the bread. The worst arancini I have ever had in my life. Do they make it out of old left over sticky rice from an asian restaurant? Dry, flavorless and gummy. The bread... oh my god the bread. Just awful. Still frozen in the middle and the unfrozen parts were rubbery. We joked that we wanted to throw it on the wall to see if we got a "super ball" bouncy effect. When the waiter asked if we wanted to take the left-over bread home we had to stop ourselves from laughing. I'm sure this place is good for Colorado Springs, but if you've ever lived anyplace that has semi-decent food you will find this place mediocre at best. Still looking for good Italian in CS. This ain't it. Oh and please dim the lights... the cafeteria lighting does nothing for the ambience.
