If you have it to trow it out the window by all means..$5.90 for one pastry. The local coffe community offers much better..
Some of the items are as good as they look. I had a delicious danish yesterday. Some are just bland or uninteresting. But they are all expensive. It's a nice addition to the city.

This place is AMAZING. Seriously everything we've had is to die for. I didn't have any issues with the service, it's effectively serve yourself and then pay so I'm not sure where the issue is coming from there besides maybe having to wait a few minutes.
The pastries are on the expensive side, but are they also worth it? Absolutely!! I don't know that I've ever had something that so perfectly balanced sweet and savory. I can't wait to go back and try more!

We loved our experience! A friend first brought us some treats from Paris Baguette, and they were so good we had to come in ourselves.
I was surprised to see the reviews sitting around 4.0 for such a wonderful place. Most of the complaints seem to be about service and cost. Let’s clear that up:
Service: Y’all…pretend you’re in France. You come in, admire the gorgeous pastries, grab what you want, and go enjoy them. It’s not that deep.
Cost : These pastries are on another level. High quality ingredients, beautifully made. Yes, you’ll pay more, but that’s the name of the game. If you’re not here every day and treat yourself once in a while, it’s absolutely worth it.
The pastries were wonderful, and we will definitely be back.

The pastries are decent but not worth $6/ea. Not sure why they stay open until 8, but don’t restock things. So if you go after lunchtime there’s not much available. Overall usually disappointed here. Prices on cakes are absurd.

Rude customer service.
To say the very least, food was meh. It was good however you could tell its been sitting out for a while. The place seemed like a glorified daycare with children running around and screaming. Honestly very unimpressed with this place. I would highly recommend going elsewhere if you plan on getting a breakfast. Not to mention, service was diabolical.

Came in because we heard countless good reviews. Tried two pieces of cake and they were both lacking flavor. It was a disappointment after paying $7 per small slice. There was not a huge selection of items left (we came later in the day), but what was there appeared to be very plain. The girl who checked us out was disinterested in her job and seemed upset that we asked for a receipt for our purchase. The place was nice and clean inside, but we won’t be returning based on the cost and flavor of the products we purchased.

I absolutely love this Bakery and have been in several times. They have one of my favorite iced matcha lattes it was so creamy and delicious .. I do feel that things add up pretty quickly since everything is about 4 to $5 a piece and the cheapest thing you could probably get there is $3.50 for a very delicious cream cheese donut.
They have such a wide array of pastries but they also have Savory such as curry and crab meat croquettes , different flavor pizzetta and different assortment of ham and cheese or potato pastries as well as the many many sweet cakes, creams , Donuts, tarts Etc. They also have different styles of breads such as milk bread .. they have a cold case which has sandwiches and other to go items as well as the regular soda and waters. Full Cafe menu. Cute and stylish chairs.

Last month, I ordered two cakes online for my eldest son’s birthday with no issues. This time, for my younger son’s birthday, I tried to order the same two cakes again but couldn’t find them on the website.
On Thursday, I called to ask if they still offered those cakes. The manager who answered confirmed they did but said orders could only be placed online or in person—not over the phone. I explained the cakes weren’t listed online, and she assured me the website would be updated, asking me to check again. By Friday, nothing had changed. I called back, reiterating that I couldn’t visit in person (I live 2.5 hours away) and needed the online option. The manager took my contact details and cake requests, promising to discuss it with the kitchen and get back to me.
After two days of no response, I sent my sister to the store Sunday morning to place the order—only to be told orders now require 48 hours’ notice, even though the website states 24 hours. No one mentioned this during my multiple calls, nor did the manager bother to update me as promised.
Why such poor communication? Why force customers to chase answers? And if cakes take 48 hours to prepare, how fresh are they really?
Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service and inconsistent policies. Won’t order again.
We checked out this bakery while in the area. I really liked that most of it was self serve because I wasn’t rushed in deciding what to get. There is a plethora of visually stunning choices to choose from, so you will probably walk around 2-3 times until you figure it out. We decided on four items which were all delicious! They were surprisingly light too which is another plus. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I thought the prices were reasonable for the quality despite what other reviews said. We will definitely be back next time we are in Colorado Springs. May I suggest a second location in Fort Collins? 💜

Ever since I got back from Paris, I've been craving and missing the pastries. One thing I love is that the desserts are not overly sweet here. I like creaminess and the texture. It's hard to get desserts right in Colorado bc of the elevation, but they seem to have adjusted the ingredients just right. Love the puffiness, the creaminess, and the crunchiness without the overly sweetness that American desserts typically have. We tried 12 different desserts and they were ALL hits for us especially the sweet bread, the croissants w lemon filling and strawberries, the pastry stuffed w cream cheese and fruit filling, and the mochi donuts. Lines were not long at all at lunch hour and coffee was quickly made. The staff was quiet and sweet. Not rude at all like I read in some reviews. We'll definitely be back!! Thank you for making out first time here an amazing experience!
