Paris Banh Mi - Colorado Springs

Hello! I’d like to respond to Britt H’s review. I was the other customer in the shop at the time. There were also three other customers in the shop at the time and if it’s taking a while I usually assume they’re working on to go orders and doordashes.
I know it takes a while sometimes but they try their best and they make the food nice and fresh! I highly recommend coming on the weekends for the pork belly sandwich - it’s so GOOD! The Egg or Sea Salt Coffee is also a great combo with Spring Rolls.

Being a regular I see a lot of folks come and go while I work remotely. I watched this family speak rudely to the staff, make a huge mess, and leave all your trash, which I helped clean up. I also saw a staff member leave the counter with a roll of paper towels to help with the spill, which conveniently was left out of their review.

There was a drink spilled on the floor and when several workers were altered to it, instead of cleaning it up so people didn’t slip in it, they said they were too busy. Yet, besides our table there was only one other and everyone had been served, so what they were too busy doing seemed to be just chatting and hanging out. Terrible food and worse service!!!

Usually this place is good. But maybe that’s only because I always get it to go and don’t stay inside long. Today I go in to pick up my order and I see an employee on the sandwich making line making herself snacks and eating them over the the whole station and cutting board, and then going back for seconds all while wearing gloves. I tried to send this feedback directly to the restaurant but they don’t give any contact info on their website. Upsetting to see because the sandwiches are usually really good. They forgot the mayo on both this time too.

Amazing food great staff

The bahn mi sandwich was great, a bit oily but it tasted great! The drinks were not good. Tasted very strong of artificial flavoring almost like a fragrance or a lotion. Very strong and didn’t taste as advertised(-1 star). I ordered a crème brûlée green tea and my friend ordered a strawberry tea. Both were not refreshing and very expensive. We paid over $30 for two sandwiches and drinks (-1 star). In the end, I was satisfied with the environment and the sandwich, but the flavor of the boba teas and the high prices is why I won’t be choosing this place to go to in the future (-1 star).

We (partner and I) have been coming here occasionally for the drinks and I'm always satisfied, can't seem to stray from my favorite creme brulee milk tea with boba but I definitely hope to try a bunch of other stuff in the future. Best part about this place is that it's a fairly easy walk from my house, always wanted a boba place that I could just walk to!

Ive been here 4-5 times. Food is always good but the attitudes of the workers could be a little bit better. Ive never been greeted once when i walk in but other than that its a very good authentic bahn mi place

Great local place. I had a Vietnamese coffee with chicken on a bun bun. I mean bao bao. I mean bun bao. Would love to return for the great looking desserts!

Had a great experience at Paris Bahn Mi! If you’re into Asian food, this place is it. They’ve lots of options, so you’ll definitely find something you love. Their banh mi have pletty of savory filling choices, bbq pork is always perfect for me. Their Vietnamese coffee was a Wow, strong and sugary, exactly how I like it! (had to go to the gym after that)The total bill will take off about 3.5% if you pay by cash.

We also tried the Korean corn dog, which was fun and tasty twist! The employees were helpful and friendly. With so much to choose from, I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu.

We were the only customers and the order took 25 minutes with 3 people working behind the counter. Took it home to find hair in the burger. Burger was refunded.

This place is awesome! Found them on DoorDash originally and finally stopped into the shop. It’s super cute and the staff is friendly and sweet. My banh mi was amazing and the tarot milk tea is magical ?

Try this place today. Let me just tell you this place. Their sandwich was so good. I'll definitely be back for their other food. Their drink was so good too I had the green tea ice. I give this place a five star.

Online order wasn’t practical and the staff was rude.

I’ve never had banh mi, but I tried the vegetarian one and it was so good! So much flavor, a kick of spice, and the bread tasted fresh and not overly crispy. Also tried the coconut milk tea and it was a perfect dessert - tasted like a coconut cream pie. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu!
The lady at the register was so kind and friendly to myself and my baby.
