The food is stellar. Savory crepes are exceptional. When we were dining, we couldn't help but notice the cleanliness was not great. We talked about in the future getting it to go. The food is all prepared in front of you so I feel good about the food but the ventilation isnt great so I wish they would do a deep clean of the restaurant. Again, the food is so great you can forgive the general cleanliness.

Well, my experience with Paris crêpe was a horrible experience given the fact that I am dropping my girlfriend off who is homeless in the parking lot in the rear of the business, and one of the owners decided to come back and call the police because the parking lot is for customers only so I went inside and purchased off of their menu, and he proceeded to still call the police. I understand he is sick and tired of the homeless people who are in the area that he chose to have his business in, but all I was doing was dropping somebody off in the parking lot. We weren’t loitering we weren’t putting your feet on the walls. All we were doing was dropping somebody off and then going about our day and he proceeded to call the police so this is the type of people that wanna open up a restaurant in a homeless community and expect five stars.

Amazing. What a great find.We had the pastrami, the thai beef, and one with Nutella and strawberries.Flavors were great and not the normal melty crepe thing where you can't distinguish anything but cheese.Really friendly staff and just an overall great experience.
My wife and I went on a well deserved sabbatical to Co. Springs for breakfast! I found this little place called ( Paris Crepe ). It is a little hole in the wall at 1019 S. Tejon St. Don't blink or you will miss it! Any way it had 5 full star on Yelp and that is very difficult to do! Because of the 5 stars and the fact my wife love crepes and espresso's I had no choice but to visit there. The food, people and espresso was not disappointing. The ambience is bit humble but we like humble! Over all we had one of the best times together in a long time there! We will defiantly go back soon! If you are ever in that area for breakfast or lunch try it, you will be glad you stopped by! Not realizing they didn't open until 9am, we were about to turn away before Dan opened the door with a friendly smile and let us in a few min early. Made us some coffee while we waited for the irons to heat up. No one does things like that anymore. Please come eat here. You'll not regret it!

Every time I come here, the food is top tier, the coffee is great, and the service is excellent. Wonderful, low-key atmosphere. These are the best crepes in town, and I love talking to the guys that work here. It gets real busy around lunch time, but that is to be expected. Outside of those times, you're never waiting for your food, and it is always delicious. Love this place.
