We did not dine at Chang's because they could not seat us for dinner as they had to shut down due to a water issue. So this isn't a review about service or our meal.
Service was fantastic and dinner selections - Mongolian Beef, potstickers, cup of wonton soup were so delicious and plenty to share for two!
Ordered Mongolian Beef with white rice. The beef was leather tough and the rice under cooked. Lost a customer here.

Solo at the bar for happy hour. Lettuce wraps are a staple and they were extra good on this day. I usually will order the Mongolian beef or honey sesame chicken and shrimp. Service is always great and if you want dessert, order the Great Wall of chocolate. I came for a challenge I was doing on a YouTube video finding the best chain restaurant espresso martini. This was good one you can watch by searching my channel @KaitRose

Ordered take out from the Colorado Springs North location on my way home from having back surgery in Denver. Haven't had their food in a little over two years but ordered the exact same thing I always order. Sesame Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice and Two orders of chicken lettuce wraps and I couldn't have been more disappointed. The Chicken friend rice was somehow flavorless. The sesame chicken was soggy and the lettuce wraps tasted as if they were not prepared in house. They tasted like pre made, freeze dried restaurant food where you just add water to resurrect it. Chalky tasting, lacking any of the distinctive flavors that PF Changs lettuce wraps were once known for, and the lettuce no longer allows you to wrap. So rather than having lettuce wraps you are given lettuce boats if you will that resembles more of a long, skinny tostada rather than a wrap. This of course comes years After they decided that they would do the lettuce wrap mixture for you rather than providing you with the four flavors allowing for each person to mix their own desired flavor. I spent just under $70.00 and even though there were 4 adults ready to share all this food, half of it was thrown away. One wheel lettuce wrap went completely unopened which says all it need a to say. Sad days.

Tanya was great. PF Changs is very lucky to have her. Friendly and professional. She deserves recognition. She is the kind of person that keeps us coming back.

I was there on a busy Saturday night. Our Server Hillary did a great job taking care of us. Food was delicious as always.
We experienced delayed seating while other guests who arrived after us and did not have reservations were seated before us. Menu knowledge concerns.
Food was good. I always enjoy the lettuce wraps. The sweet and sour chicken was perfect. The waitress was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was quite busy and the waitress had a large group to attend to along with us and several other tables. She could have used additional help, but she did a good job under the circumstances.

My only complaint was that, in an completely empty restaurant they say me and my little girls next to 2 loud men. They were talking inappropriate jokes, cussing... I asked to be moved twice but the server said they couldn't accommodate bc this "was his section". There's what? 80 tables and they couldn't move us
Why seat people so close together when it's slow.

It's expensive and not even worth it. The food is bad. They filled my cherry limeade glass halfway since it's not a soda but it didn't have any alcohol in it. The food has no flavor.

We stopped in on Thursday night with another couple.
Suzanne was great, she was friendly and patient with us.
She even had a sense of humor …..
We got there at 5:00 walked right in and was seated.
Drinks were cold and good, food was incredible….
Thank you for a nice relaxing time with great food.
I had the new Teriyaki Chicken and a few spring rolls.
Yummy and I ate to much, my wife was smart she brought half of it home to eat.
Thanks
