We go here quite often I enjoy it but the last two times we've been there either we waited 20 minutes for our server to show up or the food comes out mediocre take the while and frankly it's not good The manager never offered to compensate an appetizer or anything for the matter for us having to wait food coming out late and incorrect ever since biaggi's close down temporarily they clearly do not have trained enough staff to take in the influx of customers

I normally enjoy P.F. Chang’s, but this recent visit was a letdown from start to finish. We decided to dine in, and right away the atmosphere made it hard to enjoy the meal. The restaurant was uncomfortably loud, to the point where simple conversation felt strained.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for it. Every dish we ordered tasted surprisingly bland, lacking the bold flavors and seasoning you expect from this place. It felt like everything was rushed or watered down.
Service was another disappointment. Our server was polite, but the wait times were far too long. It took a while just to place our order, and even longer for the food to arrive, despite the restaurant not being completely full.
Overall, the experience didn’t match the price or the reputation. I left feeling frustrated rather than satisfied. I hope this location can get back to the quality P.F. Chang’s is known for, but this visit missed the mark in almost every way.

I wish I had gotten my servers name but let me tell you! She was amazing and super friendly and honest when I ordered my food. All I can remember is I gave her a generous tip and I can tell by her reaction she was very thankful for it. She was a blonde maybe 5'6 that is a guess! If you walk in the main door I sat on the far right side when facing the kitchen in a booth. Thank you for providing friendly staff even the hostess was super nice! This visit was on 11/19/2025 around 130-2pm

So so good the servers went above and beyond! I’ve been to many pf changs around the country (Florida,texas, ect) & this has been one of the best! I hope the servers are paid good cuz they’re rlly good @ their jobs! They took extra care of us accommodating every extra thing we asked for and even filled out to go boxes for us. Will be coming back definitely would recommend. Sam, our server was the best!! Super good at explaining the menu and anticipating our needs!! & there was a blonde new hire that was on par with the rest of the staff as well!❤️

The lettuce wraps were served with only 4 pieces of lettuce, the honey chicken did not have any taste, hardly any sauce or flavoring. The rice seemed "over cooked". The seating was fine except that they seemed short staffed and the air conditioner was super high, we ended up wearing our coats. The server, Sam, was very polite and tried very hard to meet our expectations, but knew it was not to par, so he offered complimentary soup. It seemed as though it was the "end" of the pot. The food just was not what we were use to having from PF Chang's. Very disappointed.

We had a great meal and great service. The only comment I would make is that we noticed on the menu (after we'd ordered) that there are now different size portions available? Our waitress never mentioned that and it would've been nice to have had the option to order a somewhat smaller Entrée since we got appetizers.
