My biggest struggle is that the past two visits our requests and celebrations were ignored by the hosts. This last visit I specifically requested a booth. They sat us at a small table in the middle of the room right next to a very loud table. They had an open booth and sat the guest behind us (a smaller party) at that booth so it wasn't a matter of staffing or seating limitations. The food was ok (the butternut squash dumplings were room temperature at best). The waitstaff...

We go here quite often I enjoy it but the last two times we've been there either we waited 20 minutes for our server to show up or the food comes out mediocre take the while and frankly it's not good The manager never offered to compensate an appetizer or anything for the matter for us having to wait food coming out late and incorrect ever since biaggi's close down temporarily they clearly do not have trained enough staff to take in the influx of customers

I wish I had gotten my servers name but let me tell you! She was amazing and super friendly and honest when I ordered my food. All I can remember is I gave her a generous tip and I can tell by her reaction she was very thankful for it. She was a blonde maybe 5'6 that is a guess! If you walk in the main door I sat on the far right side when facing the kitchen in a booth. Thank you for providing friendly staff even the hostess was super nice!
