Very bad customer service went in the restaurant with my friend and he went to use the bathroom and the lady who work at the restaurant ask if we was gonna buy something and I told her I was just waiting on my friend to use the bathroom and she said we had to ask to use the bathroom or buy something. It’s kinder crazy because we was gonna order something once he got back from the bathroom but changed our mind because of the bad customer service experience.

I normally love coming for the pho even tho the meat portion is on the low side. But the older lady (don’t know if she’s a manager or not) was very rude. We notice a table wasn’t available and so we were told to wait by the door. The older lady thought my husband was going to sit at the dirty empty table and scolded him about it. Already a bad start. Then once we received our pho we asked for more limes and cilantro, but she kept trying to leave without listening to everything we needed. Again very rude and unnecessary. We notice she was being nice and checking on all the white peoples tables with a smile, but when it came to minorities she either mugged us or didn’t even bother checking in. My husband and I have worked in the serving industry and know what it’s like to provide great service by picking up empty plates to where there’s not much clutter at the table. I don’t think we would dine in for this place thanks to the older lady.

This is the best pho I’ve had in the Springs area. Great level of spice, produce and meat is fresh, workers are always friendly!

Consistent quality of pho and fresh vegetables. Service is quick and respectful. Location is right next to theater so you have that traffic in the weekend. Tables and atmosphere is so so. Depending on time of day tables could use some proper cleaning, however great food so 4.5 stars for me. Value is great for lunch and the portions are similar to other pho places around the area. Will update as I try more as the pho keeps me coming.

My favorite pho place in Colorado Springs.
Service is always great and pho broth is very flavorful. The only thing they need to have is chili oil. I've only been to two pho places (and I've been to a lot!) that didn't have chili oil and this place is one of them. I have to remind myself to bring some from home before I make the trip there.

I just tried their house special rice plate for the first time and absolutely loved it. The veggies were fresh and the meat was cooked perfectly. Great stuff! I’ll definitely be coming back :)
