I've been coming for Pho for over 2 years and on today's visit I was highly disappointed. When we walked in the music extremely loud. I asked the kid at the counter to please lower it. He said the volume control was broken. I then asked to turn it off. He said management wants it on. Both answers are BS! I'll take my money elsewhere. Don't let kids run your business.

I am a doordash person I was picking up an order for the customer and they turn around and told me that I could not use their facility that is bad business if I had it my way I want to even give them a start

Tried this restaurant for the first time tonight. The broth was cloudy and yellow with a very odd sweet taste. It tasted nothing like actual pho broth sadly.

I usually really like their pho. Not sure why but tonight I order the same thing I always do and the broth is VERY salt. Maybe too much fish sauce in the broth idk. Don’t feel like taking it back even tho I’d like to

Always my favorite place for Pho in the Springs! The best

I feel conflicted.
I have gotten my pho from this place since 2020 and used to believe this is the best pho in the city.

In the last year I have noticed...

1. They stopped providing utensils with their delivery orders, so I've at times had NOTHING to eat my pho with.

2. They used to use high quality slices of white meat boiled chicken in their Pho Ga. NOW they just sent me a sad bowl of pho with what seem to be dark meat scraps of chicken and fat.

PLEASE go back to the high quality ingredients and service you used to have.

We had a great experience at this restaurant! The soup was excellent, very flavorful and filling. My husband ate the whole portion and was completely full, while I took half of mine home. The ingredients were super fresh, especially the toppings like sprouts, basil, and cilantro. We also tried their bubble tea, which was delicious. I had the pineapple flavor and it was amazing, refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness. Highly recommend!

Worst spring roll I’ve ever had in my life, looked like they put bag lettuce in there. Isn’t this supposed to be a Vietnamese restaurant? Thankfully door dash refunded me, left a bad review on there too. It’s better to order spring rolls else where. Ordered from a Thai restaurant last week and was excellent. Do not waste your money.

Great spot for a solid bowl of pho at a reasonable price! The broth was flavorful, portions were generous, and everything came out fresh. Definitely a go-to if you’re craving comfort food without breaking the bank. Will be coming back

Broth was way too sweet and kind of smelled like cucumbers, not very good IMO. Noodles were okay.
