Broth was more grease than broth. Then didn’t attempt to strain. The side cilantro was brown. There was zero flavor. The potstickers were decent. The Carmel cheesecake was still frozen. Overall very disappointing.

So this place is great if your introvert. No contact with anyone. It's self serve style. You order your food at the desk and they just bring it out to you.. you go to the area and get your own soy sauce, Sriracha hoisin sauce, your own forks and water, napkins, etc. Boba isn't good it is water down, so not a huge fan of it but the pho does taste good. Spicy style is just a bunch of chili oil in the broth everything is served to go containers as well They do expect you to clean up after yourself, so no tip is needed.

Horrible: gave me rice on my take out order instead of noodles, had to order vegetables to make it resemble the menu description, stingy with the sauces & then wouldn't answer the phone so I could let them know. Extra protein for $5.99? No thanks

Combination pho. For someone who's been feeling under the weather the broth did exactly what I needed it to. Over all an average pho place however slightly pricey . Personally not a fan of the sauce provided with the spring rolls but that's just personal preference. Service was good and everyone was nice and respectful. Having been to some incredible pho establishments I wouldn't recommend this as a must go but if you need a late night pick me up I don't think this is a bad spot to stop and eat. The boba is also average. Made with powders and the boba was slightly hard and chewy.

Went to eat Pho today at Pho Buddy for the first time.PROs: Fast service, bubble tea was good, rice and BBQ chicken dish was just right (they did not make it too sweet, so I appreciated this). The atmosphere was also clean and presentable. CONs: Noodle was old like it had been refrigerated and then used the next day, rough texture and does not taste fresh, they do not have basil which I thought all Vietnamese use as main ingredient, and you pay for everything down to the extra bowl because all items are plastic. If you finish eating you are also expected to put everything away and clean your section, which I was not aware as it was my first time, so I was a little embarrassed to be told as I was leaving out the door that I had to go back and clean up. I hope you won't take anything I say personal and try it for yourself. I realize every experience is subjective to the customer. Thank you for reading and taking my review in consideration.

Worse pho restaurant ever, so far. I ordered combination pho, and no basil, tripe or tendons. The noodles were old and soggy. Before we left, the lady called us back in to clean the table lol. The boba tea was ok, but this place is also expensive! Definitely not an authentic Vietnamese restaurant.

We haven’t been to Pho Buddy in a few years but used to really like it.Our visit tonight was disappointing, sadly. The food tasted all very one note— salty— and lacked the balanced and nuanced flavors we used to really enjoy here. Furthermore, the prices seem like they have gone up substantially and this made the lacking flavor that much more disappointing.I wonder if the decline in quality is related to the change to a self-serve format. We really like self-serve spots usually— there are some great spots out there. But Pho Buddy was just okay tonight at very best, and we know it can be way better. Hopefully next time we’re in the food will be more enjoyable. We’re happy to pay higher prices for good food, but it was decidedly mediocre tonight. The cashier/server was great, however, and she made the experience better just by being friendly and speedy.Vegetarian options: The only officially vegetarian pho we’ve found in town. It comes with tofu and vegetables so it’s a good and filling option.

We go here often for their smoothies ! I like pre-ordering on the app, the only problem is one can't order a mixed smoothie (like half banana/half strawberry) ! phoBuddy can y'all fix this problem ?

No cilantro, lime and the other stuff that we ordered!!!! I left a note nicely to make sure to put all the stuff! This is the second time and we gave it another chance but still BS service!!!

I can't say enough how much I love the food here! It's always hot and the vegetables are always super fresh. Plenty of vegan options. The portions were very generous and we were able to enjoy our meal in no time. Being a local, I had been wanting to check this place out for a while and I was definitely not disappointed with the food or service.
