Went with my daughter, it was my first time. Everything was fine until my daughter found two strands of hair in her pho. I told the server, she got mad and told us our food was free. She picked up our bowls n our drinks agressively. I think she thought we did it ourselves because she was soo rude. I know I shouldn't have but I still left a 10 dollar tip for her service. I think she needs to practice better customer service skills. Because of that I will not be going back ever.

So disappointing. We used to drive across town just for their shrimp spring rolls and pho. Looks like there was more than just shrimp in my spring roll. Also the shrimp was not cleaned. There was still poop in them. Absolutely disgusting. Pho was not good. Not sure why they changed the broth but it’s terrible. Done with this place.

It used to be an awesome place to get delicious pho a couple years ago. Yesterday I went there with my family and it was the worst Pho experience we’ve ever had. Just noodles, broth and 5 thin slices of meatball. Also the sriracha (which we eat every day and we know the consistency), was so diluted! The lady got very mad and started screaming that she didn’t get tipped like she’d like to. Never again!!!

My experience was a Nightmare in the daytime. Called my order n Arriving for them 2 Prep my meal The female server was unmistakable the Most disrespectful server I have ever experienced It's like she was so very vengeful In the middle of the meal I asked her that wanted to place an order to go. She never came back Boooooo To her and this establishment I would NOT trust them 2 Prep another meal for me. It's not like there is no competition If I ever go back it will be to erk her I'm Raising my opinion And a Heads up B careful

I'm sure the food is fine, but I just picked up a doordash order there and the lady running the store was THE WORST. I walked in, she was being rude to a customer for sitting in the booth too close to the door for some reason. She then asked me if I had a pick up order, and walked away saying "yeah yeah doordash" waving her hand at me before I finished saying who the order was for. Then when she came back, she asked me to confirm the order on my app and just walked away before I finished doing it just to go be rude to the customer in her booth again!! Geez lady.

It was really bad, I went to eat there because I was craving Pho and they sat me at a dirty table, the waitress came and brought me water and didn't even clean the table (she didn't bring the menu either) it took me 15 minutes to get served and no one came, I will never go back to that place.

My cousin and I come here just about every other week. I usually get the chicken spring rolls and rare steak pho. To be honest, I like everything I've tried here and the ladies working there are always in a good mood and super friendly.
To go order was easy to make by phone. The chicken pho was great, but I had to deduct 2 stars because of the spring rolls. I ordered shrimp, but something else was substituted that I could not identify and did not taste well at all.
