Phở Express #1

After trying numerous pho restaurants in Colorado Springs, this spot has become my absolute favorite. Their pho has the most flavorful and well-balanced broth, surpassing all the others I’ve tried. While the service could be improved, I did notice they were short-staffed during my visit, so I understand the slight delay. However, the incredible food more than makes up for it. In addition to the pho, we always enjoy their grilled pork Vietnamese sandwich—it’s perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed with delicious flavors. Every dish we’ve had here has been consistently excellent!

I love this place! After extensive research, I believe they have the best pho in town. The servers are friendly and the food is always excellent!
It's not just my favorite pho spot, it's my very favorite restaurant.

Went here for dinner with friends. I ordered the S2 (pho with brisket and rare steak) it was pretty decent. The inside was straight forward, not a lot of frills, but none needed. Service was good too. Nothing exceptional, just fine. I’ve found myself spoiled by Cali pho spots and this wasn’t really it for me. On the table was siracha and hoisin sauce. I like when locations have chili oils and I find when that’s missing it won’t be what I hoped for. And that’s okay. This location just isn’t for me.

My husband and I stopped by, and we are so happy we did. My husband had the pork noodle bowl, everything was fresh and flavorful. I had the meatball and rare steak pho with ramen noodles also delicious, some of the best pho broth I’ve had. They also have a wonderful selection of boba teas, flavors for everyone.

Super quaint, friendly pho restaurant with phenomenal food and boba! It was my first time ever trying pho, and I'll definitely be back! Very clean and comfortable seating with prompt, friendly table service!

Great service, but without question the worst pho i've ever had.
1 small meatball cut into 4 tiny rubbery pieces,
4 small slices of brisket that are 90% chewy inedible fat, terrible quality brisket.
Weird flat noodles that just fall apart.
Old veggies with brown spots.
At least an inch of pure fat on top of the broth in the to go container, they didn't chill the broth and separate the fat.
They seriously need to try the pho at other restaurants just to see how it's done properly. I will never come back here again..

I am a super fan of Phở Express #1! Went to this Pho spot last week and had the B8.. Noodles with Stir Fried Beef / Bun Bo Xao. The vegetables were crisp, and the rice noodles (gluten-free!) were excellent, the beef was seared to perfection. You have to try the rich coffee as it was strong and sweet for getting my afternoon work done. I highly recommend you eat here!

First time going here and it met my expectation. When coming I would definitely expect a wait because it took around 1 hour plus to get food and my friend that came with me didn’t even get her drink she asked for. The food was okay in my opinion. Overall, the service was excellent and it was very clean.
