This is hands down the BEST pho I’ve had in Colorado Springs since moving here 3 years ago! I ordered online for pickup and got the steak and tendon pho with extra meat. In the special requests, I asked for the extra meat to be brisket and lots of extra tendon (my absolute favorite), and they definitely listened because this was the most tendon I’ve ever gotten from any pho place! The tendon was nicely cut and became so melt on your mouth once in the broth. The steak cooked so nicely when added to the broth at home, and the brisket was delicious too! The broth was deep, rich, and salty, and everything from the noodles to the onions, cilantro, bean sprouts, and all the other toppings was top-notch.
I’m beyond impressed and will definitely be becoming a regular here. Can’t wait to try more from their menu!

Craving pho on 4th of July. Called every pho place in town and they were all closed or no answer. Even drove to a few only to find them closed. But Pho Hancock was open, serving tasty pho with a friendly attitude. Highly recommended!

I love this restaurant I don’t go there much due to work but when I do we get treated like family and the food always taste better every time we go highly recommend this place if you live Vietnamese food. Very very delicious.

Absolutely delicious pho – tastes just like home...
I stumbled upon this Vietnamese spot while visiting the area, and I’m so glad I did. The pho here is incredible – rich, flavorful broth that’s clearly been simmered for hours, tender beef slices, and fresh herbs that made every bite perfect
