Unfortunately both times I went here (months apart) I got the same rude server. The second time I went I specifically asked if the empanadas were spicy. He said they were not. But they were. My friend was in a hurry so I couldn’t send them back and ate them anyway. Burned my mouth pretty badly. I won’t return a third time.

Edit: It was not a sauce that was spicy as I ate them without sauce.

The service and the atmosphere plus the food. It was a great vibe for us soldiers that just came back from a 10 month deployment. You guys made us feel so welcome and it was what we needed.

A hidden gem in Colorado Springs!

This spot has a relaxed, casual atmosphere with a fun late-night vibe. The menu features Latin-inspired dishes with a creative twist, and the drinks are a must-try.

The Kimchi Quesadilla and the Chimi Shrimp Taco were excellent, but the Maduros were my absolute favorite! Every dish was flavorful, unique, and beautifully prepared.

The service was 10/10. Brandon provided attentive, welcoming service and made excellent recommendations that made our experience even better.

We can't wait to come back!

Fantastic Latin food spot! 🤩 The staff was super friendly and attentive, and they even accommodated our dogs with an outdoor table and a water bowl. The food was delicious, especially the sweet plantains, though I wished the arepas were a bit bigger. Highly recommend it!

Some of the best food I’ve ever had in Colorado Springs! Every dish was outstanding, and you can tell the kitchen takes a lot of pride in what they do.

A special shoutout to Brandon behind the bar. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service all night. What made it even more impressive was that he was the only person working the front of the house and was absolutely hustling the entire evening. Despite being extremely busy, he never missed a beat and still made everyone feel welcome. He is the definition of hard work, and the same can be said for the cooks in the kitchen.

This place is an absolute must-try if you’re in Colorado Springs. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. And if you decide to have a couple of drinks, be sure to ask for a coloring book—it adds a fun touch to an already fantastic experience!

Brandon is seriously a gem. Our experience was made by him and the service was quick and efficient with just the right amount of personality. Tacos were tasty and drinks were out of this world!

Deceptionally good for a hole in the wall. Everything was delicious. We had the veggie bowl, shrimp taco, chicharonnees, plantains and churros. The sauces were great too! Definitely coming back

The BEST margarita I've ever had. Their happy hour $6 house marg is also an unbeatable deal. They guava marg was also soooo good. I still dream about it. And don't get me started on house tacos 😋🤤

First time I’ve been to Piglatin Cocina. Atmosphere was all right. Nothing fancy, more of a quick bite with friends kind of feel. Seems like a good place for a younger crowd to hangout.
I ordered the Piglatin plate along with a virgin mocktail called Burbujitas. The food reminded me of qdoba or chipotle. The food tasted good, though nothing really stood out with the rice and beans. The Manduros plantains though are definitely a memorable food item and worth ordering.
I do have to say this type of food isn’t necessarily my favorite so it could have impacted my review.
I do recommend Piglatin Cocina as a great little restaurant to swing by for a lunch social.

The food was amazing, and the service was great too! Our waitress was working her first day, but she was very kind and helpful! My group ate outside which was nice. Only thing I didn’t love was the atmosphere. They play explicit music relatively loudly inside and outside. For this reason alone, it is not a great place to take young children. They had a sign about this.
