The coffee is mid at best. The staff was friendly but the food and coffee was over priced. Especially for what it was. We went twice out of convenience but I’d grab gas station coffee over going back to be honest.

Used to come here a lot. Today, I arrived at 3:45, figuring they could make me an espresso before closing at 4. The blond girl (nothing against blond girls) asked pointedly if I would 'drink it real quick' before trying to charge me $3.79 for a single espresso. Is that really the correct price now? And does the owner know that customers are a hindrance, not an asset, after 3:30? I decided not to buy it.

I love this cozy little coffee shop on the west side of Colorado Springs, and I really miss when we had Pikes Perk downtown and on the other side of town back in the 2010s when I was in college. It makes me feel like I’m getting old now that we only have one location left. 💔

We’ve been here a handful of times and it’s great! Unfortunately on this trip, we got a cold, rock hard slice of pumpkin bread, had to ask for water cups because there was nothing out, ordered two breakfast burritos for here and received the wrong burrito in a to go bag, got a hot latte when it was supposed to be iced, had to ask for salsa, sour cream and silverware. We’ll definitely be back but I’m really disappointed in the service. I get that it can be hectic in the service industry but I genuinely couldn’t comprehend our lack of service today.

It's nice that we have a little coffee shop on this side of town but the ambiance of this place is SO DANG DREARY. I could never sit down and actually stay to enjoy a coffee or breakfast burrito here because the vibes are giving depressed, lonely, drab. A makeover is needed.

I came in to grab a coffee before work. There were 3 people behind me behind me; all of whom ordered specialty drinks, and food, while I ordered an Americano. The 3 people in line got their coffee before I did; resulting in me waiting over 15 minutes for ONE basic coffee. Never coming here again.

Meal orders took some time to arrive and all arrived at the table of 5 at different times - 10-20 minutes between orders. I ordered quiche and it was a dried up bit of egg for $7.95. no apologies from staff. No forks available for food that obviously needed utensils. Staff was generally not customer service oriented.
Best coffee and employee's around.

This used to be my favorite little coffee shop in town. I know the original owner. This place has gone downhill though since the new owner took over. The service is anything but good. We've gone back 3 times since the new owner took over, and twice we've left unhappy. This last time was the straw that broke the camel's back. My food order wasn't correct two different times. This last time the coffee barely tasted like it had coffee in it and it tasted just slightly sweet. It didn't have any flavor to it at all. My coffee was NOT brought out to me like it's supposed to be either. The point of giving a tip is for service. If I have to go up to the counter to get my coffee after I ordered it, then you don't deserve a tip! The place is frequently dirty too. The tables are dirty, and the floors are too. The only time my order is correct is if the two young men that have been working there for a long time are working. The new employees don't know what they are doing!! Obviously, they aren't getting trained well.
