Called a month ahead to reserve 3 lanes for 2 hours. We had a big group coming. They called me the night before and told me they were having a tournament so canceled my reservationffer any compensation or remorse. I had to scramble to make other arrangements.Update :we had the party at Harmony bowl and they were great and we had a blast. Ended up saving money. Staff was great and lanes were better quality in my opinion.Responce to lies: Your response is a lie. We we were not offered other times and for sure have not been back there. You called once that night you screwed me and I was in the middle of dinner with my family. You left no message. You have a piss poor explanation of what went down and I think when people visit your establishment my side of the story will be more realistic

I'm amazed by the pizza at this bowling alley; it's cooked in a stone oven! The service is outstanding, with the owner ensuring every customer has a great time. Even during a fully booked event, the atmosphere remained lively and enjoyable.Come check them out!

This is one of the funest dates that my fiance and I like to do.. we went here for my fiance's birthday and we had an absolute blast!!! Here are some photos and videos of our good time. They always know how to make sure we are having a good time. We often bring our kids here as well. Oh man this stuff is great. Lets not forget the kitchen and the bar are always on point! We also love to play pool here. Without a doubt my favorite bowling alley in town! Thanks you guys

PinHeadz hosted my son’s birthday party yesterday and it was fantastic. I didn’t have to do a thing: we walked in and everything was set up, the hostess quickly gave me a run-down on everything, and took the food and drink order promptly. The food came out at the exact time I wanted, the gentleman at the shoe station made sure everyone had their shoes, and most of all- everyone had a great time! No one was pushy or trying to get us out the door, they really just let us have our party and checked back when needed. It was so stress free and I really appreciated everyone working. We had a great time and will be back! Thanks for hosting us!

We got two lanes fpr 8 ppl. The 2nd lane immediately quit working. A few rounds in and that lane quit working. The place was full so there was nowhere to move us. So we just sat there waiting. Got food cause the cafe there is cute and looks super prepared for a bowling alley. However, i ordered a smoothie and a pizza. My smoothie took literally 25 minutes to get amd the pizza took 45. The pizza was soo nasty no one would eat it except the kids. Just so happens, all the kids were sick the next day. Classic style bowling alley with classic style problems amd modern day prices.
