I’ve come here twice in the last three weeks, during the day, during the week, and it’s closed due to staffing shortage. What a joke! I won’t be returning again.

Stopped in as I was in the area. First time at any Pita Pit. I ordered the souvlaki pita. Quite tasty, generous portion. Also ordered a side of falafels. They were okay, but I don't think I'll order them again. Overall, a good lunch option next time I'm in the area.

We stopped in the N. Nevada location for lunch on 9/25/21 and Chelsea was the only one working, but she did an excellent job at handling everything on her own! She jumped from the register to cooking all the orders. Even though it was really busy, she still greeted every guest that came through the door, and she also made sure to thank every guest after they were finished and leaving. We didn’t mind waiting a little longer since all the food is made to order. I sure hope the owners read the reviews and realize what a gem they have with Chelsea, she is such a hard worker and I hope the owners consider giving her a raise, because she works extremely hard. Thanks for great service and food Chelsea!

Stopped by yesterday to find out they are closed due lack of staffing. Gave two stars for being honest. But seems like a cop out given that all the other business in the area have managed to stay open. This is right next to a college too. I guess college kids don't work, huh?

We just recently found this place and it is so underrated. They grill everything fresh for each order and it’s so delicious. Chelsea made our pitas for us today and she did a great job taking care of us!

I am from the town where Pita Pit originated in Kingston ON, Canada. This was perfect and reminded me of home.

Staff was very friendly. I was most impressed with the freshness and cleanliness of the produce. I already can’t wait to go back!

Scott Is a rare breed! In a day and age where customer service is afterthought at best, Scott shows the true customer service and a caring personality is still out there in the world. Even though I came in right before closing he was right in Sherry and never once complained and worked hard and was so considerate of my requests. Get 10 more like him and they can solve the worlds problems LOL. Thanks for everything Scott

I worked at this specific location. The interview was intense for a place that can't keep the most basic of ingredients in stock. Hundreds of dollars in business walked out when I said" my apologies, but we are currently out of taziki sauce or anchor chipotle sauce. My family and I live off those tips daily and when customer after customer walk out due to lack of ingredients, I am astounded that management only really cares for his one location while the four employees at the North Nevada store get brow beat for lack of ingredients. I resign as an employee, because, the past store I worked at in Montana ALWAYS was in stock.

I love Pita Pit and have been going for years but every time I go to this specific location it is always maddening! The soda machine is always broken or never had the sodas you actually want because they haven’t been restocked so you have to buy the bottled soda which is extra. In the last year they switched to smaller chips without changing the price. Almost always out of at least one ingredient like taziki or lettuce. The employees are trying their best with what seems like TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Always disappointing.

30 minute wait during lunch rush with literally two other people in the building. Went next door.

If you're looking to get satiated do not go to this location. Everytime I order a regular size pita, the girl who works there (short, small, red head) fills the pita up half the way but still charges for a regular size... would reccomend the Templeton gap and Dublin location for good quality and good hospitality.
